第一次住凱悦，印象不錯，很乾凈，員工專業熱情，24小時供應熱水、咖啡和茶，解決了有熱水喝的大問題，樓下還有星巴克。個人喜好原因，我不喜歡用一層床單把被子捲上那種，但國外大部分酒店都是這樣的

Nice spacious room, clean, comfy beds and pillows.
Breakfast was very good (eggs, sausage, pancakes, yogurt, mixed berries, pastries, breads, cereal, etc)
Disapointed that the hotel had a 2 hour delay for checking foor our room. Texting service to inform us when room is ready but we never got a call/text! Clerks are very nice but not bilingual.

We are return patrons. We just discovered the fact that this facility not only has a lovely pool but this pool has a "lift chair" into the pool! As a left lower leg amputee if only one year this was incredibly exciting for me!! I love the water but have not yet managed to get into the water!! We will be returning at the end of February and guaranteed I will be in the water!! 😊

This was our first stay at this hotel. We were very impressed. New building. Modern decor. Our room was spotless. Extra blanket and pillow was appreciated. The buffet style breakfast was delicious and plentiful ( lots of choices including fresh fruits!!) The staff were friendly. We loved the vibe and will definitely come back. A

The hotel management is the worse I have come across when it comes to crisis management. I booked the hotel via ******* for a planned travel to Moncton on 16 September. However, due to the hurricane which was making a landfall that weekend, flights and travel to Moncton was disrupted and I could not make it to Moncton. I called ******* and I understand that they reached out to the hotel. The hotel management has insisted that no refund will be made because the request for cancellation happened within 48hours to arrival. My inability to make the trip was as a result of a natural disaster which no one has control over especially since the event I was coming for was only cancelled on 15th September. The hotel has refused a refund. You are advised to avoid this hotel as much as possible as they have shown that they care more for profits than their customers wellbeing and loyalty.

Before arrival quoted price on ******* was with taxes, when confirmation arrived it was plus taxes.
Arrived after 3:00pm and room was not ready. Waited over an hour in lobby for a text that room was ready. Had to go back in line and wait some more after text to get key.
Got to room and bed mattress and frame had issues; leaning towards the centre and foot of the bed. We were advised that we could not be moved as hotel was full. There were two other guests arguing with the polite but helpless staff at the front desk. One over price the other over room availability. I guess we were not alone. Staff was very sympathetic but the system was against them and unfortunately we paid the price.
