EVERYTHING GOOD JUST THE HOTEL EMPTY BECAUSE NO START SUMMER SEASON , PLEASE MORE CAREFUL ABOUT THE CLEANING , SERVICE OF THE RESATUARNT GOOD , MORE DRINKING WATER PLEASE IN THE RESTAURANT IN FUTURE , THANKS

the hotel rooms are old fashioned few TV channels sometimes the lights go off the corridors are not equipped with enough lights the rooms have no plugs next to the beds ... The food is acceptable not bad.. But the animation team was friendly helpful charming there is a lot of activities you can't get bored.. Thanx Sendy, Ston, Mario and Bibo you kept us happy and busy playing dancing singing exercicing..... 💐 Thanks for the receptionist Amine

The worst hotel i ever visited 1- rude staff 2- terrible food and repetitive 3- there is no wifi 4- climat not working 5- doors dont close 6- terrible vue 7- not clean Worst experience for me, I dont recommend to visit this hotel at all.........

Hôtel amir palace monastir is one of the best here in tunisia everything is phenomenal the pool the beach and specially the animation team ‘´rico- joker-wiwi-sonic-djoe-mimi- and the chef momo their shows are always wonderful and they are fantastic to watch . Big love and thanks for this great experience

So the hôtel I didn't like it it's an old hôtel even the food I not good The only think I like in this hôtel is the animation team Is amazing Rico the Joker,momo chef of the team big momo dj,Simo ,djo,sonic, wiwi.

No leadership , customer service very poor, communication between staff does not exist

The worst service i have ever seen , the bad choice of hotels that I visited, starting with the reception: the reception staff are disrespectful, we had to wait 4 hours for check in (with the reservation)!!! the rooms: the electricity is poor, no television, no linens, even if we claimed at the reception but always the negligence, catastrophic room service, the restaurant: horrible quality of meals and even the residents have caught the smell of burnt food, we are a few weeks away from summer, the leaders had to make drastic decisions.

I had a wonderful experience in this wonderful place. Beautiful sea view . Ramadan here is something special with such cheerful service. Animation toooooooop . Karaoke ... Just dance... Crazy nights with mido and safa they're everywhere everytime you need them . And about food delicious plates to eat after a long day with many choices . You can be at the top of you excitement here ❤️❤️ I recommend this for all people

It was and still a really great experience. I and all my colleagues enjoyed our practice and training since we came here to look for a perfect place and it was just the most wonderful people working there animation is Sooo exciting . People are cheerful . Service warm welcoming and delicious plates in the restaurant. Ramadan atmosphere is so like home we don't feel like strangers. Honestly I recommend that to everybody ,❤️❤️😍

Great hotel, I love it here. Hotel with sea view. The food here is excellent. The hotel looks very nice. Also, there is a very nice staff, especially I want to note the girl who works at the reception she is very nice and friendly and will gladly respond and help you. In general, the staff here is very good, I also want to note the animation team, they are also very good

This is the best hotel I've ever been to. It's very comfortable and has a nice atmosphere. Also the staff here is very friendly and nice. The hotel is very close to the sea and that was great. Fufa works in the animation and they have great parties. I highly recommend this hotel.
