"I booked the hotel at 10pm due to an emergency and fell asleep immediately. I consider myself the type of guest who is most reluctant to cause trouble to the business. After checking out at the front desk in the morning, I wanted to have a cup of coffee at the drink-bar next to the front desk (this was also my first attempt to use the drink-bar service of the hotel), but the hotel clerk righteously stopped me and informed me that customers who have checked out cannot use any services. At the moment, I was surprised and embarrassed. There were people coming and going in the lobby. Everyone who checked out before me had a cup of coffee. Even when the clerk stopped me, there were white people drinking coffee next to me. Is it because they are white and speak English, while I have an Asian face and speak Japanese? I asked the clerk: Have you always been so strict? For all customers? The clerk hesitated and replied: "Basically." In addition to the discrimination problem, the hotel's rooms are very narrow and the sound insulation is very poor. You can hear the snoring in the next room.
