We are a family of 4, with 2 kids aged 11 and 10. We stayed in the overwater villa for 5 nights 6 days.
The Westin is located about 35mins by seaplane from Male. Its a small resort with 70 accomodations (28 water villas and 42 beach villas). It has 3 restaurants and the usual facilities of a 5 star resort. What seperates this resort from the rest in my opinion is the service and attention to detail by the staff. Special shout out to Santria (F&B manager) and Laurent (GM) of the resort. Our feedback and comments were indeed taken seriously and acted upon, and we had a good experience thanks to them.
The house reef is decent, and snorkling on a clear day you will see turtles, reef sharks and all the varieties of reef fishes. We took the sunset fishing trip and it is highly recommended, and we had our catch served for dinner the next day - it was so good.
All in all it was a very pleasant experience at the resort, and once again I emphasize that it is the people there that made this smaller resort stand out from the rest.

a very spacious 140 square meters beach front villa with private pool at a decent rack rate, the service is simply the best! average food quality is 8 out of 10 points, but the price is quite expensive, particularly alcoholic!
Among the numerous resorts in the Maldives, I chose this place because I love the reviews and there are Korean dishes. We visited via Honeymoon. I can't forget the first time I visited. Great scenery, nice buildings, kind people. We are visit 3 nights of beach villas and 3 nights of water villas. The underwater environment everywhere was superb. Beachvilla was close to the beach and saw baby sharks and countless fish when snorkeling. The water villa was amazing because the sunset was so beautiful and there was a fish different from the beach villa. Our travel agency includes dolphin tours, houseleaf snorkeling, and island snorkeling. The whole experience was great and all the guides were friendly. I saw a lot of dolphins and a lot of fish. It was really interesting. And I applied for scuba because I had an open water license, which was systematic and so good. I saw eagle ray, lion fish, bet fish, and so many marine creatures It was a shame that I didn't see Manta, but I'm satisfied to see a sleeping eagle ray. Also, it was good to see lion fish and many fish and several turtles in snorkeling with my husband. The staff at the dive center “Len” was especially kind and was so grateful for letting me know all the questions. When I visited again to make a scuba reservation, “Len” at the dive center was even more grateful for remembering my room number. Also, I don't remember the name, but I'm so grateful to the guide who did the real dive with the guide who did the refresh dive on Friday morning 2025.03.28 and also to all the staff at the dive center. And all the restaurant food was delicious. In other Koreans' reviews, they said that the Island kitchen would give kimchi stew and tteokbokki, but it was a bit disappointing that they didn't give us a chef to make. But it was nice to have kimchi and kimchi fried rice for breakfast. In particular, “chef Ninad” from the Island Kitchen knew we were Koreans and cooked “Shin Ramen” every day. He honestly cooks better than me. It was so delicious. And the egg dishes he cooked for me were also art. Also, I was so grateful that even the man whose name I don't remember in the Island Kitchen remembered us every time (“tall and handsome man”) probably remember if I told him all good man (korean). Hawker was more delicious than famous Thai restaurants such as Nasi Gorang and Mi Gorang. The spicy sauce was good, and all the food was delicious. The lamb was so delicious on BBQ Day. The Pearl was a course meal, so it felt like I was being served, so it was so good. We also did "havenly spa" there, and as the name suggests, we really went to heaven. Our massage therapist were "erna" and "rupa" and they were the best. I really like massages, so I get them often, but that was one of the best massage I've ever had in my life. The Heavenly Spa was so cool and the best therapists and drinks, oils, pressures and relaxations were all perfect. Also, I applied for a snap service, but I took so good photos that I

Great property but the staff here is very helpful, specially Shaulan & Masum. Also the decorations were very beautiful & the food here is excellent & well crafted. The size of the villas are bigger than anywhere. They have a panaromuc view villa as well. Its recommended

Beautiful overwater villa with direct access to the pristine water. Excellent service by all staff. Key highlights - chartering a private boat to fish and snorkel with the turtles at sunset, wide range of sea sport activities, as well as a lovely dinner at the Japanese restaurant over the water. An overall memorable experience.

Westin Maldives Miriandhoo was really amazing! The room was nice, and all the staff were so kind. And the food? So good! The ocean was super beautiful. I think the underwater environment here is better than other places in the Maldives. If you don’t like crowded resorts, I really recommend this place. You will have a great time!

Worst experience . Unfriendly booking staff. Ceck out, exchange rate they have €=$,Bugs , coachroches in the dinner time. They are not flexible. Everything is about the money. The beaches are with a lot of stones. You have to but slippers with 50$.

Westin maldives Wow I mean wow!!! These guys know GREAT SERVICE!! Everyone who works there went out of there way to make sure you are having a fantastic time. The manager there Vijay, met us on arrival. He has a very nice handshake. And through out our stay would make sure everything was top notch. He felt like a genuine friend. To Faizy who helped us get settled in. Went for a tour around the very beautiful small island. Their gym,sauna, steam room is fantastic. To the tennis court, and jungle gym. my husband absolutely loved it. I did not use the facilities( because I snorkeled the entire time) BEST EASIEST SNORKELING EVER EXTREMELY SAFE!!! The reef is right there you don’t have to swim far to see Sharks,sting rays,octopus,millions and millions of fish, helmet heads that live there 3 huge guys, tons of huge grouper one big one lives in a cave by the beach area close to the pearl, puffer fish, barracuda, dolphins I cant name all the marine life but it was like having my own personal aquarium right outside my door. We first stayed in a beach villa by the house reef then moved to an overwater villa. Overwater villa room 107 is where you need to stay if you want the ocean at your feet literally because there was a huge glass floor so you could watch the fish. So freaking cool. Plus it has a wrap around area and felt private. Now lets go back to hospitality Laurent the hotel manager and his team are the dream team. Deepak is the director of rooms and they all made us feel welcome and at home. Next up the food I was weary to join the all inclusive because of a bad experience in Jamaica but boy were we glad we signed up!! Breakfast had everything and more well seasoned and the eggs bene was my favorite plus the pastries!! Chef Min and his team are really doing it right. All of our dinners were fantastic. Lunch too!! Just love loved the food especially the indian asian/thai it was really nice to know that pretty much everything we ate was going to be satisfying. Next up DRINKS I could not believe the bartenders there could make my favorite drink ( they did it perfectly every time) just like I would make at home shout out to Harsha he was my personal favorite he would make my drink without me asking just kept bringing them!! (Ramos gin fizz is the drink) it’s a pain in the ass but he did it with a HUGE smile on his face. Lassis, Mohit all great too they just have the best people working there. Its like having a plethora of butlers even though you don’t get one. Because you don’t need one!! I cannot express my gratitude enough for everyone at the Westin. The crushed it. If you are looking for snorkeling,great food,beautiful rooms, and a team of people who will bend over backwards for you look no further book the Westin Maldives. I cried leaving this place 5 days was not enough. Oh almost forgot DIVING!!!! Iyann was probably one of my favorite dive guides we went to some really beautiful sites and he was so calm and chill we all stayed down for 60 m

From start to finish, our stay at this hotel was absolutely perfect. The hospitality was top-notch, and every staff member was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The food was delicious, and the views from the hotel were stunning. What really impressed us was the twice-daily housekeeping, which kept everything spotless and fresh — the cleanliness was outstanding. We were especially blown away by Ayaan, who was hands down the best staff member we’ve ever met. He constantly checked in on us, helped plan our schedule, and took the time to chat with us every day. His hospitality is truly the best in the world. We were also so touched that the staff celebrated both my birthday and our honeymoon. They even planned special events for us — we felt so genuinely cared for and appreciated. This was by far the best hotel and service we’ve ever experienced. We will absolutely be back again someday. Our stay at The Westin Maldives was truly magical. The room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully appointed. One of the absolute highlights was our dining experience at The Pearl restaurant. A huge thank you to Hood, who made it so memorable and obviously the food was amazing. We also explored several other restaurants and bars on the island, where we had the pleasure of meeting Manish, Amila, Amad, and the ever-entertaining Anto. Our visit to the Heavenly Spa was pure bliss. We had the best Balinese massage, and we’re so grateful to Erna and Ti for such a relaxing and rejuvenating treatment. A big thanks to our housekeeper, Saeed, for keeping our room immaculate and for the thoughtful “See You Soon” farewell decoration before we left. We also really enjoyed the drawing activity, where we got to create our own manta masterpieces. Huge thanks to Vikesh, we’ll keep those drawings as a lovely memory. Special shoutout to everyone who made our stay so special — especially Shaffaf, our superstar who took care of us throughout. And thank you to Anjel, Aminath, Saulan, and Yaeesh for their kind and attentive hospitality. We left with full hearts and beautiful memories. Can’t wait to return to this paradise! ✨
