The room was simply and elegantly decorated, clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable and soft, giving me a good night's sleep. Moreover, the sound insulation effect of the hotel is also very good, and it is completely undisturbed by external noise. The breakfast is rich in variety, with Chinese and Western options, and they all taste good. I particularly like their soy milk and fried dough sticks, they are a perfect match! The restaurant environment is also very elegant and the dining experience is very pleasant. 前台服務很熱情，環境舒適，衞生乾淨整潔 。離地鐵比較近 ，樓下超市飯店都有，比較便利。退房的時候，梳子皮筋忘記帶走了，保潔還很好的收起來，我回去就順手拿了。

房間很乾凈，沒有異味，有窗户，室外風景很幽靜。酒店設施應有盡有。wiff很方便。房間有小沙發。飲水供應充足 每天都有打掃衞生。小童牙膏牙刷也有，前台人很nice，態度特別好哦。交通便捷滴滴隨打隨走，門口就有公交站台。地鐵口也很近，空氣很好

房間在三樓，離洗衣房很近比較方便，酒店位置很好找，也不吵，前台服務熱情，前台的咖啡好喝，下次出遊還會選擇

前台服務態度超級好，整體環境都不錯，房間很乾凈，樓下就是古茗蜜雪冰城醉得意什麼的，點外賣也方便。

設施：酒店位置離地鐵站很近，地鐵站口晚上的小攤很多少，打車也好打。離濕地公園10公里左右↔️離閩越水鎮也還行。外賣可好點。 衞生：整體衞生還是不錯，用品都整齊劃一且乾淨無異味，相信華住會旗下的品牌，一個好的品牌酒店是服務，是細節。建議可以把客房內的杯子倒扣或者用紙蓋蓋住以免粉塵。有窗户的客房可以儘量每週兩次擦洗。可以和同品牌的酒店衞生要求做到同步。 環境：應該是剛裝修不久，整體還是很乾凈，入住前有開窗通風，這細節把控的很好，第二天退房時離開房間，保潔阿姨剛好在門口説不用關門，我們很快就要整理。前台有吧枱可以製作咖啡以及飲品。2樓是食堂以及洗衣房。洗衣房適合常住且月住客人使用。 服務:是和朋友分開入住的，我很晚才到酒店，為了和朋友趕跨年煙花，把行李🧳先寄存前台，前台客服小姐姐的態度很好👌🏻後面結束後回前台應該是換了經理值班，還要了新的一次性用品，整體服務很好👌🏻前台客服整體性來説每位的服務態度都很好，對客人都是有問必答，幫助客人。微笑迎接，輕生細語。

房間很乾凈，裝修也看上去很舒服!前台小姐姐非常和善，服務細心周到，非常不錯的入住體驗！

非常滿意，已經多次入住，房間環境依舊衛生整潔，服務員非常有禮貌，期望酒店繼續保持水準，回鄉探親必住！
