"Noma Milos is really special. Is hard to describe exactly what makes it stand out but is probably the combination of many things. The property is just beautiful and stylish. The location is away from the main town but it brings peaceful and serene Greek island experience. And the view... sunrise, sunset, the occasional passing goats, the endless sea. And then is the staff...George is like having a friend in Greece that is happy to see you and really wants you to have the best time possible. If you need a recommendation on places to visit or have a drink or meal, he will give you excellent advice. Communication is fluid and efficient via WhatsApp . A special note goes to the breakfast too! You choose what you would like to have from a website and the time and it will promptly be delivered to your room, and the quality is excellent. The formula works perfectly just like that, but as an extra, the most friendly kittens in the island were also willing to play if you want. Just paradise!! Having a rental car is highly recommended (or other vehicle) It takes around 15 minutes to get to Adamas or Plaka. There's no restaurant nearby so it's something to consider. Again, I don't want to call it a dislike as being away really added to the experience."

"Very great host! We had a driver pick up me and my family from the ferry late at night and drop us off to our hotel. My daughter got very ill during our vacation and the hostess spoke to the driver to drive me and my daughter to a 24 hour clinic in which she was taken care of. The hotel itself is nice and very modern and walking distance to their small town. "

"We have just spent a wonderful 4 days at Ventus Di Milo. A little way out of town so a car is essential. Ideal if you’re looking for a peaceful time. The rooms are top spec as is the pool area. What made it really special is the personal service provided by Nicholas who manages the place. Nothing was too much trouble and his breakfast delivered to the room was outstanding."

"Lovely and friendly family run hotel 20 min walk or short drive outside port of Milos. Rooms were lovely and clean, separate bedroom for parents with kids in the main room. Also had kitchen (few cooking utensils). Free parking. Gorgeous pool. Distant sea view. Food was delicious. Had to drive to shops or restaurants though we hiked 20 min (path/busy road) to Sarakiniko the first day before we got our car rental. We found the location accessible to many towns - Plaka, Firopotomous, Adamantas, Mandrekia, Trypiti and 15-20 min drive to Pollonia and beaches like Firiplaka."

"We had a wonderful stay at Caves Suites. Our hostess Kalliopi provided the best customer service experience I've ever had at any resort. The hotel has only 6 rooms so she was able to attend to all of our needs from the moment we arrived. Our connecting flight was canceled at the last minute due to bad weather so we had to take a late ferry arriving at 1am. Kalliopi was kind enough to wait for us to get us settled in! Everytime we left the room, the staff made sure to restock our rooms and tidy things up. The breakfast is amazing and prepared fresh daily with so much care. Thank you again for such an amazing experience, and we would love to stay here again! Ken from Texas"

"Such a special place in a great location near the port, but very private. A 10 minute walk to either a beach or downtown restaurants & shopping. It was nice to have a car to explore the island for a day or two, but not needed to get around this Port area. Staff could not have been more helpful - anything we needed for the room or transportation was handled immediately. Front desk was amazing! Pool area was lovely & welcomed after a busy day. The only drawback was the bar - although poolside & pretty, they were quite frugal with their 'pours' and yet expensive. BYOB perhaps? We were in the suites, so instead of a buffet, we were able to order anything we wanted for breakfast. That was the best, homemade fresh food enjoyed on our terrace with an oceanview! We would definitely return to this pretty place."
