We regret to report that our recent experience at the Commodore Mildura hotel was highly disappointing. The staff exhibited a lack of professionalism and provided subpar service throughout our stay. Not only did we encounter issues with receiving incorrect tax invoices, but we also felt unwelcomed and undervalued as customers. Furthermore, the absence of desks in the rooms and the persistent noise only added to the overall discomfort. We hope that the management takes this feedback into serious consideration and addresses these fundamental shortcomings for the benefit of future patrons.

Stayed for 2 days but wifi password only good for one day and because no reception service unable to ask why. This is misleading as advertised as free wifi. Maybe should receive a refund of one day as not as advertised

Arrived on the 9-03-2023 We were impressed with the receptionist however beware you are charged an extra $200 on credit card in case of damage. In 73 years I have never trashed or damaged a room. This amount was left on card and didn't come off until 15/03/2023. As we only have a small credit card limit we incurred a charge as we were over our limit. I asked to speak with management who have never returned my call. Disgusted On entering room it was clean and quiet until I went to the toilet where there was stale yellow urine on top of bowl and there was a punched in power point through gyproch in bedroom. Wheres the duty of care to the customer what happens if you get electrocuted probably charge you for getting an ambulance. NOT TO RETURN

Travelling on a business trip and arrived into town around 7.30pm The office was closed and the receptionist was on her way out She took the time to open up and book me in - outstanding service and thank you very much Most other places would of refused this lady went out of her way

Just spent 4 nights at this Motel. Rooms are generous but beds poor and pillows large and heavy. Many others experienced the same. Rooms only cleaned once during the stay. Reception said that they do not clean rooms on the weekend so no bins cleaned, beds made etc, This should be said up front or a discount given. Reception hours are far fewer then listed above and you need to ask for basic supplies and clean towels. This is a sad management over site as this really diminished the quality of our stay. I also suggest that they install a key drop box for people exiting early ( Especially with reduced reception hours as buzzer and message to leave for staff got us nowhere) Don’t get me wrong, with a few basic changes, this could be a great venue as it is next to the river and shopping complex.
