Overall a great stay at Aiello Hotels - Duomo. The receptionist Anna was extremely polite and pleasant, she provided good information on how to navigate the building and provided her telephone number should I have any issues out of hours. The room itself was modern and had all amenities you could ever wish for. The location was perfect, just a 5-10 minute walk from the stunning Duomo. I would 100% look to stay here again if I find myself coming back to Milan!

While the hotel and hotel room was small, it was in a perfect location - a short walk to the Duomo, La Scala and great shopping / dining. It was on a pedestrian way, which was ideal as we did not have a car.

The challenge is find the hotel as it is tucked into a side street between stores - look for the iron gate, use the elevator on the left as you walk in.
Location of the hotel is great for access to everything - especially shopping and restaurants! The person on call is very responsive on WhatsApp. Good amenities in the hotel and the location is quiet at night.

Terrible service, not professional at all!!! We were forced to postpone our trip because of airplane flight cancellation and they did not accept neither to refund our money (prepayment of €200) nor offered alternative accommodation for a later day although they had availability, claiming their policy for non refundable rates. They didn't care at all about the reason we asked to postpone our stay and were also rude during our communication trying to figure this out. Other hotels we had to postpone our stay for the same reason were happy to assist.

Once you got used to the set up, only rooms on fourth floor, the staff were charming and you are in the centre of Milan with parking opposite.

This "hotel" is like a storage unit with no real windows. The entire experience is odd, it's on the 4th floor in a mall. The person that checks you in was nice but its mostly "self-serve" so no real staff around the clock.
This feels more like a weird Airbnb experience than a hotel. If you are looking to sleep with no light, the lack of windows I guess could be a bonus.
