Wanting to start off our holiday in a lovely way however it all went south at panda hostel, when booking panda hostel we already knew it wouldn’t be amazing and our standards were already quite low from the previous reviews … not THIS LOW. When reading the requirements it was noted that there would be “freshly clean bedding” as soon as we walked in, there was a stain on the bed sheets, only one working light in the bathroom, cabinet draw was broken, no hand wash - do you think this is acceptable especially after a pandemic ? On top of this at check in we were given two out of three ‘working’ key cards to let us in and out of the building - the key cards didn’t work meaning if no one was in reception there would of been no way to enter or leave. Furthermore, in 35 degree heat there was no air conditioning all what was given was a fan on top of the light which caused the light to flicker. The window would not open and the fan was blowing hot air around making this impossible to sleep. When returning from a day out we went into the accommodation thinking that our previous roommate (who was a similar age range) would be in the room, we walked in and saw a much older man sleeping in the bed with no warning. As a group of 3 young vulnerable girls we felt instantly uncomfortable… when discussing this with the manager and the receptionist they said “if anything happens we will kick him out” if something was to happen surely it would be too late ? After feeling shaken up from that surprise we booked a hotel nearby. When arriving to that hotel we were most excited and relieved to walk in and see these necessities: clean sheets Towels And …. HANDWASH!

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura lo scorso weekend. Nonostante la posizione comoda, chiedere 80€ per una camera matrimoniale in quelle condizioni non dovrebbe avvenire mai: mi sento derubato. Il livello di pulizia è insufficiente! Ecco alcuni dettagliati esempi: - letto: comodo ma puzzava di qualcosa di non ben definito; - bagno: pulito solo superficialmente e puzzava di pipì; - doccia: era gialla di residui di sapone, il suo scarico era intasato, la manopola del miscelatore si staccava, l’anta scorrevole della doccia era staccata dal suo binario. Le condizioni generali della camera inaccettabili: - tutto il mobilio è consumato, chiaramente da sostituire; - la stanza non aveva delle vere pareti ma erano dei pannelli di vetro oscurati da una carta adesiva che si stacca su più punti (anche in prossimità del wc), il che non offre alcuna privacy né difende dai rumori e dalle luci esterne. Nonostante ciò, a fine soggiorno mi arriva una mail nella quale vengo invitato a lasciare una recensione positiva o, diversamente, a segnalare ad una loro mail eventuali suggerimenti per il futuro. Ho inviato una lunga mail ma non ho ricevuto alcuna risposta. Ho deciso di scrivere questa recensione per evitare che anche altri si facciano rubare soldi da questa struttura fatiscente.
