più che buono questo Hotel 3 stelle superiore. E' in una ottima posizione (Fermata Metro Reoubblica a 200mt) ed il personale è molto professionale e disponibilissimo I prezzi nella norma. Per il resto tutto nella normalità

Cogimos el hotel estrategicamente cerca de la Estación Central, está a a 10 minutos andando. Del centro está algo más lejos. La habitación era más bien pequeña, el baño también. Por la noche se oían demasiado a los camiones de la basura (ya nos pasó en otro hotel que nos quedamos por la zona, en este eatabamos en la planta 4); parece ser que no están muy insonorizados hacía el exterior. Teníamos una miniterracita (la cual siendo Noviembre no utilizamos). Pudimos dejar las maletas en el hotel (sin sobrecoste); lo cual es de agradecer. En cuanto a los recepcionistas... bueno... les hubo mejores y peores.

Nice hotel near the central station, with clean and good-size rooms, simple but varied breakfast. It is kind of far from the city center, though.

Check in was okay room Amenities were just straight lies heating /AC unit control by front desk by midnight everything is shutdown and in suite control unit wasn’t working room was set for temperature of 22 degrees thermostat showed 27 degrees complained to front staff no issue fix will not plan to comeback there . One additional things dot not disturbs was ON at all time but cleaning staff still decide to invade our privacy

Close to Milan city center via taxi and metro. Lots of restaurants around the area. Clean room and great customer service.

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed. We arrived, checked-in and everything was just fine until this point. However, when we first entered the room, there was this elderly lady lying on the bad that we were supposed to stay! It scared me to death as the room was all dark and she started walking in my direction. Later on, we found out that the elderly lady was a homeless person who managed to enter the hotel AND to the room. When that happened, I ran to the reception and for my surprise, they said that it was the second time that this had happened and they had no clue how. The staff changed the room we were supposed to stay and did not even apologize. The manager Younes was a little bit ironic about the whole situation and kind of making fun of how scared we were. Stay away. Safety first and this hotel won’t have it guaranteed.
