Fantastic hotel: great location (just 1 minute walking distance to Milan Central Railway Station, the metro, and a huge number of restaurants and stores), big conformtable, quite, clean, and modern room, a fantastic breakfast, wonderful staff everywhere… It cannot get any better.

good location, next to station, easy to find, friendly staffs and clean room to stay. many restaurants nearby you won't feel hungry.

This hotel is an excellent choice for anyone visiting Milan! Its location is unbeatable—just a short walk from Milan Centrale, and you can spot its stylish and outstanding exterior as soon as you exit the station. I felt extremely safe staying here, thanks to the 24/7 security guards both inside and outside the hotel. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, even answering my midnight call for a request. The hotel’s bar offers a great selection of affordable drinks in a cozy atmosphere. My room was perfect, with a warm shower system and a pillow menu to customize my comfort. Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Hotel is considerably big. Clean and comfortable room. Location was about 5 mins to the Milan station. Check-in was fast but was given a double room instead of twin as per our request. Requested for a room change but needed to wait about 10 mins and was given a lower floor room instead. An all-in-one hair and body wash was attached to the bathroom and basin which was a little difficult to press to use. Preferred hair and shower to be separated and conditioner to be provided. Overall a good stay.

Super friendly staffs! Got upgraded to a Suite for free when I asked if I can pay extra to have a bigger room. Would stay here again if I come back to Milan.

Very convenient location easy to get to surrounding shops and train station.

Poor service: (1) Requested 2 beds but provided single double bed without any confirmation with us during check in, although they helped to change, the staff ceased the cards immediately, we cannot back to the original floor to pack up the luggages…… (2) Daily room cleaning, the staff threw away our own bed covers, did they respect each customer? Bathing: warm water flow is quite weak Location: around 8 mins to walk to the train station

Pro: super close to the main train station ( still need some muscles to walk with a luggages because of pebble road) , airport pick up drop off service. Hit and misses: breakfast was good but not worth the value. A bout 15 steps stirs in front of the hotel, they have someone to help with the luggage in the morning but not at night. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Location location location! It was our 1st time to Italy and we were so glad that the hotel is literally across the main train station. The shuttle buses for tours to Lake Como and even the shopping outlets were also across the hotel. Their standard rooms were a little small but we were hardly there. The restaurant and bar team were very helpful as they gave us Italian snacks to try with our drinks. Highly recommended for the fuss free who's goal is to explore the city!

The location is very nice, close to central train station, and subway station, in central station has lots of restaurants and shop. The hotel is quite big, they have a big area for chilling and watch olympic. The room is nice and clean, have flipflop, clean towel, shower gel provided. The hairdryer only last 30secs and stop, have to wait awhile and start again, it takes so long to dry my hair. Overall is a very nice hotel, highly recommended

Value for money. Excellent location. Near to train station. Tram and buses all conveniently stop here.

Nice and central location. Bed is too small for two person. Breakfast is good. Be aware while using metros in central station. There are group of male and female pick pocketer. We lost our mobile and hand bag.

very convenient location which is just besides the train station. nearby also have a pizza restaurant that open late into the night.
