Worth for budget travelers. A bit far from downtown but good amenities. I’d come back !

It was a two floor walk up unexpectedly but it was a very nice apartment and it was close to everything. There is not a 24 hour front desk.

I was extremely satisfied with this place. Staff very helpful, English speaking (I believe more than English only) and very cozy room. Highly recommended

The homestay was nice and clean!

It's TERRIBLE! Dont Stay Here! Reasons: 1. Bad communication, very difficult to check in, cannot reach them by those number. We was stuck outside the gate for 30 mins. We only get in cause another guest go out. 2. Dirty and smelly room. There’s someone’s hair on the pillow and they don't change a new one even I requested 3. The toilet have water leaking problem, the shower water leak to the bed room. Which also make the room very smelly. 4. 35 degree in Milan, there is no aircon and fan. The room was extremely hot 5. The room condition was bad, don't let the picture fool you like I did! Overall: the WOREST accommodation I ever stay

Прекрасный отель. Удобное расположение, большой номер, собственная небольшая терраса. Отличный персонал . Все понравилось , осталось на дополнительный день, мне поменяли номер, все просто восхитительно . Рекомендую. Армандо, спасибо за теплый прием и готовность помочь в любом вопросе.

離地鐵稍晚有點遠，大概有幾百米的距離。雖然大門看起來比較普通，但是房間內環境優雅。

This run-down motel with a strange name is located in a bad part of town and run by a dishonest woman. In brief, I checked in for a night last June, but soon realized the tiny room was baking because the A/C wasn’t working. The woman promised via Whatsapp that she would refund my nonrefundable booking (made through the Captain Obvious site) if I left immediately. And no, I could not leave my small pack at the front desk. So, with no time to make a costly last-minute booking elsewhere before attending a concert, I spent the night outside the Milan train station. I should point out that Captain Obvious was absolutely no help with rebooking. Since then, the woman has failed to respond to efforts by both the captain and me to reclaim the money. I don’t know why the captain doesn’t just refund me. His crew in the Philippines keep saying they’re working on the issue. The moral: Avoid this place. The cheap price is not worth it.

Spent hours trying to gain access to the property upon arrival in Milan. No guidance on how to get keys, which room we were staying in. The wrist B&B I've ever stayed in. Shower didn't have a head, showered under a pipe. Just terrible.

Esperienza pessima, stanza consegnata alle 12.45, dalla mattina alle 10. Una sola persona addetta che si affaccendava a ripulire velocemente. Stanza mediocre. Pessimo il bagno con mobiletto arruginito, senza un tappetino per doccia, e privo di un bagnoschiuma o shampoo. Poi terrazzino da incubo, vergognoso con lettini completamente rotto. Piante seccate senza cura da farci piangere ed in più un posacenere spoco con sigaro spento. Poi nella zona comune un frigo con due yogurt dentro. Assolutamente da cancellare

Le point positif chambre confortable, spacieuse et bien équipée. Par contre climatisation sans évacuation extérieure, 32° dans la chambre à 21 h. Donc dormir avec la fenêtre ouverte, invasion de moustiques. Petit déjeuner honteux, aucun produit frais, pas de beurre, pas de pain, pas de couverts. Tout est industriel.

Io e il mio ragazzo "per fortuna" abbiamo pernottato solo per una notte al 2bcute . Non ci tornerei neanche se mi offrissero dei soldi . Nel complesso la struttura è carina ma la manutenzione delle stanze o almeno della stanza che abbiamo avuto noi, inesistente, il bagno fatiscente, calcare dappertutto, la seggetta del wc rotta e ingiallita, i soffioni della doccia intasati dal calcare ,schizzavano acqua da tutte le parti , per darci il benvenuto ci avevano fatto un fiocco con la carta igienica decorato con capelli, letto e cuscini scomodissimi e per finire, all'indomani, raccogliendo le scarpe dal pavimento, ho notato un qualcosa sotto al letto ...un bel sandwich scartato! Davvero una pessima esperienza !
