Hi dear sir madam I booked this property and went to the address but I didn’t get Room key and no one opened the door We were waited so long and called more then 100 time but no one picked up and no one returned nothing So request you please refund my money Thank you

We loved the fact that is very well located (two blocks away from Duomo practically). Our room had a kitchen and a living so it was very comfortable. Is near two metro stations. From the outside doesn't look like a hotel (it has no sign) but one of the staff members saw us searching around so he showed us our room. From the inside you can see that is a very old family complex building, so you would definitely get the typical Italian neighborhood feeling. The elevator is very small and has a bit of a smell, but for the rest we really liked the place.

至今為止，度過的衹能説是最差的賓館 價格不低，服務差！前台連服務員都沒有，取行李還需要打電話

真的很爛， 廁所很恐怖 也很臟！ 是我在歐洲玩了一個月住的最差的一家啦！！！！！到的比較晚結果要我們30歐元的遲到費！ 問題是他上面也沒寫幾點之前到啊， 開門很麻煩 打不開 結果過來幫忙開門 又要十歐！

房子家居相對比較古典，價格相對來説合理，寫了帶廚房實際上沒有

臟亂差 設施差 環境：雖然是市中心環境一言難盡

I rated this a one out of five because there is not anything less. These people and this place is the worst. We checked in a day late due to our flight not arriving on time. We came in the next day (which we had already paid for and been charged), and they would not let us into our room. We left our bags, and went for a walk. Two hours later the new person at the desk said they did not know about our bags and was about to give them away!!!. She said she did not know who they belonged to. After we showed them the text message that said we would be leaving our bags, she oh, well you have them now so it's ok. We paid for 5 nights and got 4. The room was a mess. some outlets did not work. The floor was concrete. The place smelled. The water had low pressure. The front door to the complex is about just over a meter high and 1/3 meter wide. Dont ever go there.

The apartment was nice, but it was raining and we couldnt sleep because of the constant dripping noise.

I am writing to inform you that ApArt Hotel Lupetta 5 in Milan has a bedbug infestation. I was a guest there for the past three days and I now have bites all over my face and body. The management was aware of this issue from previous reviews and they still continue to rent the rooms. This is a health and safety issue. Do not stay here.

Fantastic location within 5 minutes of the Duomo and 3 minutes from the Missouri station. Property itself is very old, not well lit inside, the hot water is not really hot, the toilet flush doesn't work well, the TV doesn't work
