Ulasan Radisson Collection Hotel Santa Sofia Milan

The hotel was lovely and the service was exceptional; however, we did encounter an issue with the toiletries. The hair conditioner and soap ran out after our first day and had to remind housekeeping to restock them when we got back to our hotel room at 9:00pm

It was a lovely stay and it really is very Instagrammable. I recommend.

A good overall hotel, but with limited amenities. Outdoor pool closes quite early and some days was closed during our stay for private events. Location is relatively good, around a 15 minute walk to the Duomo. Service was very friendly and helpful. However overall quality of hotel, amenities, consistency and experience is not on par with other leading 5 star hotel chains.

The staff is friendly, the service is good, I recommend it.

Nice room but little smaller

服務：在意大利住了10天，這家酒店是酒店服務是最差的，沒有客房打掃，泳池也很臟，非常小，就像個洗腳池。停車場位置很少，門也不明顯且不是自動門，需要先去找前台才能開，米蘭的路很繞，限行區多，繞了三圈才開進去，停車場的車都是見縫插針隨便停，也沒有車位。。 前台電話永遠打不通，起初以為是前台忙顧不上接，直到辦完入住在前台等家裡人時才發現前台故意不接，電話一直響就權當聽不見。 最最離譜的是前台多收了兩天房費，也承認收錯了，先是答應5個工作日退回，到了五個工作日14個工作日退回，毫無誠信，早餐種類也一般，不知道怎麼掛的五星。。。 感謝攜程用心幫忙處理問題，承諾酒店不退他們來退，慶幸是在攜程下的單，希望看到評論的避雷這家酒店。

酒店前台歧視中國人！第一天入住：讓我們等着，説是沒房，期間老外順利辦理入住至少三個房間。導遊找了前台主管才順利解決。有房間，就是不給你辦。第二天入住，房間兩床被子，被拿走一床。多次溝通無果，給前台打電話，沒説完話，直接被掛掉。這次找不到主管，我通過Radisson集團服務中心聯繫的，才拿回一床被子。整個入住體驗讓人心情鬱悶

酒店位置很好，步行約16分鐘到Duomo 大教堂，遊玩方便，門口幾步路的距離有家樂福超市，旁邊幾家意大利餐館也很好吃。酒店內部設施齊全、完善，品質上有保證，早餐是這一路走過來最豐富的一家。酒店有地下車庫，前台可以幫忙買米蘭城市Ticket。我們第二次入住時，主動給升級房間，服務人員也很nice。非常推薦！

房間不錯的，距離教堂步行十幾分鍾，不算特別中心位置，早餐豐富，負一樓有健身房，泳池有私人活動沒開，工作人員態度都很友好

覺得蠻好的，整體維持良好、服務態度親切，位置稍微有一點遠，早餐非常好吃，room service很棒，未來若有機會還會再回去住。
