The spa was nice but, could do with a little refresh and the jets on the hot tub need a little fix, but it was still a nice relaxing time. We did find it a little hard to find the pool area, some better signage would be ideal. Either way we would be back."

They took my bags up to my room and offered to keep my luggage safe the day of checkout Room was a nice size. Loved the water and milk in the mini cooler and the cookies on the coffee/ tea station. "A beautiful place. You can tell a lot of hard work goes into these suits. When I arrived, it was unclear where to go for check in as the pub was closed. This could be signposted to help as couldn’t check for booking instructions as there is absolutely no phone signal in the area. Which brings me to my next point, a phone in the room would be really helpful as I couldn’t make any calls during my stay due to having no signal. The bed was MASSIVE and I appreciated the 2 pillows so slept very comfortably. The room was very clean and the bathroom immaculate! The fridge had some juice and a bottle of water for me to use. There was also a coffee machine which is another thing I loved. There was free wifi which worked very well and the tv had Netflix so I could log in and watch that. Towels provided and were a good size. Hairdryer supplied. Lots of hangers. Beauty desk with mirror perfect. Lots of sockets around. Again perfect in terms of privacy and at night it was pitch black in the room. There was a skylight in my room which couldn’t be closed all the way so this unfortunately woke me up early as the light shone through. I would definitely stay here again. The staff and accommodation are all very good and with just a few tweaks, it has the potential to be excellent! Oh, ps, I LOVED THE BREAKFAST HAMPER! 😋"

"Dated musty smelling tatty old motel style place. No lift although they did carry my case up and down for me. Security was poor in that they left the rooms security door wedged open during the day. There is a Beefeater attached where I had dinner one evening, nice waiter but the restaurant manager was extremely rude to a couple on a table near me. Biggest problem - I was there to rest and was woken just after 7am by a delivery lorry chucking crates down which they denied had happened! Not up to standard at all."
