Great time, great place to be

Nice place but they are all about charging you. A $38 drink is a robbery. $309 for a cushion by the pool is absurd. Nice place and well kept main areas. No coffee pot is a big deal. They never reloaded the room refrigerator.

Not kid friendly, Doesn't have microwave and no fridge to store baby milk. I want this place to be more kis friendly.

Honestly the best place to stay! Every time I go to Miami I always stay here! Service and location are amazing!

Shame on Management at the fountainblue. I booked a hotel stay for my birthday weekend . A 2 night stay and was only aloud to use the toilet one of the 2 nights. The toilet was broken. The toilet could not flush. My girlfriend and I had a stomach bug and had to run down to the public bathrooms to relieve ourselves. Mamagement didn't care to offer us another room but instead had 3 different technicians come up to our room to fix the toilet. As a female traveling alone without my bf I felt vulnerable. The guys that came up were nice and respectful but the thought of having three different guys in my room rubbed me the wrong way. When I voiced my concerns to management no one cared. I will be disputing this hotel change with my credit card company. I paid for 5 star service and didn't receive it. Im disgusted by fountainblue. Will never stay here again.

The service was amazing! We were there to celebrate my husband’s 65th birthday. My son frequents there for business and highly suggested this property! The food was awesome; just expensive! The hotel was simply beautiful. Everyone was very friendly and cordial. Will definitely return.

My experience was horrible. We literally had roaches in our room. The hotel manager named Warren didn't seem concerned and forgot to waive the resort fees. It's overpriced and I won't be going back. I took a video to show proof of the incident.

Disappointed. They had sever problems and charged me again for the room that I had already paid for.

The best Staycation I've had. This hotel is a city. It offers so much great experiences. From check on to check out all was perfect. The only thing, buy water from the outside and bring it with you to the room. $10 for a medium size.
