酒店衞置很不錯，服務也挺好的

Una excelente opción , servicio calidad ubicación restaurantes muy cerca

房間很大，有工作桌椅和沙發。窗外的景色非常好，清晨躺在床上就可以看到日出，這是我們最喜歡的一點。床的軟硬適度，不是那種坐上去就會整個塌陷下去的讓人腰疼的軟床，我們很滿意。距離公交車站很近，周圍餐廳也很多，可惜都很貴且味道也一般，並不值得，後來我們總是坐公交到Roma區吃東西，那裡的食物更好吃。

酒店總體來講，還不錯。入住給的房間Wi-Fi連不上，花了很長時間，一直無法搞定，最後勉強給換了房間

健身房非常不錯，設施很齊全。酒店服務也很周到。

地段好，安全！服務也很好！每次到墨城都選擇入住這家酒店

The intercontinental in the polanco area of Mexico City was an amazing hotel. The area around it is filled with lots of good dining and shops. The hotel itself is fantastic with many dining options and a nice bar on the first floor if you don’t want to go out in the city. Would definitely stay again.

Upscale hotel in the heart of Polanco . Exceptional service and a very cool lounge with good music .

Stay was nice. Staff was very friendly. Rooms are out dated. Location of hotel was walking distance to many restaurants

I was not impressed. The room was large but that's because they did not have a full bathroom and kept the sinks in the room and turning in any faucet wakes a partner up.The room was noisy from the hall, doors opening and closing all the time. The worst I would say is that the breakfast room is in a mezzanine with no elevator. I had just had a knee issue and was bandaged and had to go up and down ramp stairs. They insisted there was an elevator but when pushed, none showed up and they they wanted to wheel me down the stairs. There was an option to take the included breakfast in the room but not a full breakfast. There are many more beautiful hotel options near by. This one is just not worth it

Everything was excellent, except house keeping. During our 7 day stay, day 1 was quite normal for a 5-star hotel; days 2/3/4, there would be something missing, such as tissue box, towel, bottle water, and I had to call to get delivered; day 5, they didn’t even clean the used coffee mugs or put the slippers together! After my vocal complaint, things were better for the rest days. Needed much better training.
