Ulasan Grand Memories Varadero

Everyone know how cuba is with supplies and food but thanks to the hard working people they try very hard to make the stay worth while if your planning to go. Try to bring mayo ,salt, olive oil ,honey ,and ketchup as a personal use item there are mini size of those items if your from north america and is use to ketchup and salt on fries and other foods . Everything else is great the shows the people are great . for the price this hotel is good .I woul defenetily recommend with my precautions on what to take if You like

The Hotel reviews are not true. Grand Memories is not a true 5 star hotel but, it is a 3 star resort. Restaurant staff are not friendly towards customers when you ask them for something specific. Also, the food selection is the same every single day. Limited entertainment and activities to do. The best part is the white-sand beach.

The cleaning staff was amazing it was mold in my room (which I ignored as we just stayed two days) and they disinfected, cleaned and painted it plus they called the engineer to solved a problem with the water, however some things were broken in my friends’ room as the hairdryer and the window locker. Also I don’t know if was because the didn’t have enough customers but a lot of restaurants and facilities were closed.

Rooms on building 11 were not good,very outdated, shortages of clean towels, housekeeping were good ,they can't do miracles. Food was average or below,mosquitos were active but nothing extreme. Beach restaurant was good,buffet was not good.

A comida é insuportável de ruim, o restaurante fede!! Dá vontade de vomitar, não fiquem aqui.

Na chegada, o recepcionista oferece um quarto dizendo que é mais perto da praia por 10 dolares por pessoa e por noite, diz que seu quarto fica a 1km da praia. Não é verdade, não tem quarto tão longe assim. Você tem que implorar por garrafas de água, pois só colocam duas e pronto. Tem que implorar por toalhas para levar a piscina. As instalações são péssimas, tv velha, móveis velhos, a porta do quarto às vezes não fecha, as vezes não abre, você vai reclamar e tem que pegar uma fila, pois tem várias pessoas reclamando. Vaso sanitário sem assento e sem papel higiênico.

Local agradável, com excelentes atendentes. Praia linda e preço justo.

Resort com boa estrutura, 2 piscinas bem grandes, bom atendimento, boa estrutura de praia. Só a comida que é meio sem sabor (o que não difere muito de outros resorts de cuba).

Let op dit is niet sanctuary, op trip.com denk je dat je sanctuary boekt, maar het is de normale grand memories. Voor de rest is het fijn, aardig personeel en het eten was best goed. Zou het aanraden alleen let goed op de naam, deze staat fout bij trip.com, je boekt de normale grand memories.

Mal resort. Muy viejo. Problemas con los restaurantes. Las bebidas. La comida.

很差，去古巴別定這家酒店了，定也就是別定高級房吧。高級房和普通房沒任何區別。
