Room was pretty large. Decent and comfortable beds (not queen sized) and bathroom. Could really use a closet or more hangers/storage space. Very useful little kitchen with a fridge, microwave, stovetop and dishes/silverware (coffee maker seemed broken). Plus a table and chairs. Good light and well places plugs. I would say not a bad option if you need to work. Unfortunately, you can hear street/highway noise at all hours since you’re on a major road (not all rooms face that direction). Hotel needs double paned glass. I was able to dampen sound with AC and by blocking windows with pillows but bring ear plugs. However, it is really easy to reach the sights from this hotel using public transit. You're only a few minutes walk from the frequent buses on Reforma (nearest subway stop is currently closed). Don't bother with the bus on the main road. They don't seem to fully clean the room daily or clean at all unless you ask. That seemed odd. Also, they don't replace supplies when they clean. Front desk staff is nice and helpful but hotel needs more attention to details. I would probably stay here again due to the location and kitchen but the noise is a lot.

We asked for an early check in but they couldn't do it. No biggie, we'll return at normal check in hours and should have our room ready, right? Nope, we wait another 40 minutes for our room. They gave another couple their room (whom arrived after us). After this couple complained that their AC didn't work, they gave us THAT SAME ROOM without working AC. We complained about it and their solution was to give us a box fan. We rejected the box fan and asked for a room with AC, considering that we had payed for a room with AC. They gave us a room with 2 individual beds instead of one queen size, but they said that they will move us AGAIN after the first night because the room there giving us is for another guest. The room they gave us was not properly cleaned. The chairs were dirty and there was a toenail beside the bed. The shower head was dirty and something was dripping from it. The shower splashes the floor of the bathroom because it didn't have a door. The hotel is right by a busy street, so street noise is a problem no matter the hour.

Todo el lugar es excelente y el personal es muy atento a tus necesidades. Agustín, Monica y Nayeli de recepción son muy amables, las Sras. Maria y Lidia de camarista son personas excepcionales, el único problema del hotel es la jefa de recepción Mariana, es una persona déspota, grosera, sin empatía alguna, se nota que sus subordinados le tienen un miedo que hasta su presencia les incomoda y no solo de recepción, sino también del área de camaristas le tiene miedo, les habla de una horrible y de seguro los ha de tratar de la misma manera diariamente. De ahí en fuera todo muy bien, hasta la música en recepción es buena, recomendable al 100%

Súper bien atendidas, todos súper amables, muy buena atención y súper seguras.muy accesibles para cualquier tipo de apoyo para conocer la ciudad de forma segura y accesible y pues la habitación muy bien quinada con lo necesario para tu día cotidiano y lo básico de una casa.

Todo estaba muy bien, muy limpio, ordenado, la zona muy céntrica y muy tranquila con mucha seguridad, cerca de las zonas turísticas más visitadas, chapulteoec, el Ángel de la Independencia, así que lo recomiendo ampliamente, me encantó, muchas gracias

Me encanto el servicio y el trato del recepcionista Alberto siempre atento y amable ,la habitación súper equipada y sin ningún tipo de inconveniente , muy céntrico y todo quedaba súper cerca,habituación muy limpia y súper recomendable ❤️

Las instalaciones superaron mis expectativas, el lugar super limpio, agradable y acogedor y la atención de todos en el hotel de excelente calidad. Lo recomiendo 100%, hicieron que mi estadía fuera inolvidable y la ubicación es excelente

Buena ubicación cerca de la Reforma, habitaciones amplias, con AC, Cocina nevera , cafetera puedes preparar tus comidas como yo lo hice, el personal muy amable, tranquilo . La limpieza le doy 8/10. No barrian bien, quedaba basura, el balcón nunca barrieron. Los pasillos con poquito de basura, y no dejan agua de beber y dejar cafe🥹, pero en general bien. Esas cositas creo que se puede mejorar, me quedé 8 días.

Todo muy bien excelente solo en la parte del baño les recomiendo poner una cortina para que no pase el agua al piso del sanitario pero de ahí en fuera excelente servicio claro que regresaré con mi familia para que viva en la experiencia sin duda
