"Disaster! It stank of damp and cigarette smoke everywhere. Strange people were hanging around the corridors, and there was shouting at night. My clothes reeked of damp for three days, like I'd been sleeping in a dungeon cellar for months. The receptionist was hard to find, and the price was okay, but only if you have no other choice."

"Never, ever again. You walk into your room and a staff member is just sitting in your room staring... then she acts like she doesn't understand you. After that, she walks past a few times and taps on the door, I walk up to her and she starts swearing in French... we've put chairs outside the door now... terrifying and you can't reach anyone."

"Such a great location, the pool was an amazing bonus. The car parking was easy to use. The state of the rooms weren’t great and could be improved on. Our toilet blocked, which blocked the sink and shower!! There was no view only and rundown shopping centre. But apart from the downs the stay was great, alkng with a hearty breakfast. Would stay again as the pool was the highlight…."

"I stayed for business but I would totally recommend that hotel for people visiting Metz for tourism. Fist location is amazing, just facing the cathedral at the centre of the city. Going out the hot you are facing so many little sitting spots of cute french restaurants and bars. It's such a lively city where people just enjoy themselves. Hotel is so cute. Beware there is no elevator, we got upgraded to the 4th floor with a nice view of the city, however needed to walk the stairs. For me it was fine since I did not had much luggage with me, but totally worth it. Really cute old medieval style. I would have loved to stay longer if I would have been there for leisure. For parking, there is a public parking spot just next to the cathedral which is 1min walk from the hotel. Good value for money and really charming"

"This is by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. This incident occurred in October 2020. We arrived late at night and got our rooms (numbers and codes) When we went to our rooms it smelled like someone was smoking ****. We had booked three rooms for the night. One could not open with the code we got, one could not lock the door and one was already occupied. I went to the front desk to get it sorted out, but the person who checked us in had left for the night. So without ever having used the rooms we left the ‘hotel’. I wrote a complaint and asked for our money back. It was a matter of €120. It took 20 mails over a period of 2 years before I finally got a refund. "

"It's my second stay in this hotel when I was on business trip in this area. It is not located in the city center, but for business very practical. They have a big free parking lot in front of the hotel. The restaurant is really good with a nice relaxing atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and the hotel rooms are spacious and clean. It is also very quiet. I would stay there again if I am around the area."

"I'm lying here in bed wondering if I'm in a hotel or a nightclub. Techno music has been blasting for hours, the bass reverberating throughout the entire hotel. Outside, people are drinking and shouting. The room is 2.5 degrees Celsius, and we're lying in bed in our street clothes, freezing. We're calling it a night and will continue our journey completely exhausted."

"I was really impressed with this hotel. The location is excellent, right next to Gare de Metz-Ville (Metz Central Station), yet quiet, without any noise from the trains. The hotel is also quite close to the Metz Bus Station, very convenient for travelers using buses or connecting to longer journeys via FlixBus, as well as other buses. The hotel is clean, tidy, and well-organized. The furnishings in the room are arranged logically. The interior design features elegant colors with white, grey, and a striking light green. The receptionist is a lovely gentleman who is attentive, polite, and makes a good impression on guests from the very first interaction. A good night's sleep in Metz. We will definitely return here when we visit Metz and the Lorraine region again in the future."
