Vim de férias com a família e estive também com uns amigos, que me introduziram a este empreendimento. No geral correu tudo bem, mas em jeito de pontos de melhoria, até porque gostaria de voltar, o poder selecionar o apartamento, era muito importante, e a ausência de ar condicionado, é uma limitação que , quer eu, quer a minha família, valorizamos imenso. 3 great girl friends in late 50’s early 60’s needed a cheap short break. After booking we almost laughed nervously at what we were going to get for the price we paid ‍♀️. It’s obviously not 5* and nor was the price so don’t expect it to be. We went with VERY low expectations and from the moment we checked in till the moment we left we were pleasantly surprised. Exceeded expectations in all areas. Very clean … staff always cleaning, clearing tables and on assistance .. lots staff around.. this surprised me … as this meant there was never a table in that canteen that needed clearing. We only ate breakfast every day and 2 lunches .. only because we found Es Pins restaurant on the beach and basically lived there. When you’ve paid such a cheap price for. 3* holiday and it’s just yourself to pay for you can then hop skip and jump to a 5* restaurant and be waited on. Food however at the accommodation was very good!! PLENTY! lovely, lots choice and hot and you would never go hungry. So if a family feeding hungry kids we could not fault it. So clean … staff were great. We expected a very loud busy canteen. With a queue! Found out end of holiday that the hotel was full! You’d never known. We sat by pool short couple times as spent our days on the beach. Beds were 10e each plus 5e for the one parasol but again when just yourself paying this is doable. Beach was lovely … sea was turquoise and a hotel up the road was £900 a night so you are clearly in a lovely area. Even if you go once you MUST go to Es Pins restaurant and the roof top cocktail bar. Lovely cosmopolitan place where if you were in south France it would be a fortune. Prices are what you pay in England. AMAZING sunsets and staff were brilliant!! Only went to one evening entertainment at the accommodation missed the name of them But 3 black singers … brilliant! We’d missed most of it so we were gutted only being able to dance short time. Unsure what reviews have said about noisy!! We felt was very quiet .. room looked out onto the play area but never saw any kiddos on there .. we sat on balcony with wine we had brought from DF before or after dining. Never saw anyone else on theirs. AI drinks were acceptable .. but could pay small amount for your fave premium drink. AI wine and beer more than acceptable.. I saw negative reviews about the reception staff … no idea what they are on about! We said we would definitely return and that is unheard of for us unless we really thought it was good. Rooms were big, great air con. Sofa bed and pillows were uncomfortable but having a fridge was a dream for our lovely wine and bubbles. Clean towels every day and a quick daily clean was great. Great supermarket over the road and a lovely little shop where we all bought items. We took a kettle as had read there wasn’t one. There is just one very slight negative … the pool side showers needed a descale .. dripped out and no working foot shower on beach either. So no one was clearly showering

Best value for money hotel we’ve stayed in. Very good food for this type of hotel. Happy staff and friendly. Faults in room repaired same day as the request. We borrowed an umbrella from reception to compliment one we bought with us (for the beach). Shower gel and toilet roll were good quality (it’s the little things that matter). No long queues at the bar. Excellent and varied entertainment. Firm mattresses. About 6-8 English speaking TV channels.

I booked this holiday through a travel agents last minute, and it did seem a little pricey for 4 nights but it looked lovely. This was my first solo trip so I wasn't sure how it would be but the hotel and experience exceeded my expectations and I had a brilliant time. Everywhere was spotless and the staff were excellent. When I arrived my room wasn't ready, but I was shown where to leave my bags and where the toilets were so I could change and use the pool. After an hour or so my room was ready, I was on the first floor and had a lovely view over the pool and could see the sea in the distance. The room was spacious and very clean although I could not work out how to double lock the door. Cleaning staff came everyday. The food variety was ok and I ate lots of fish, paella and there was always enough salad and side dishes to accompany it. The food changed everyday although some things stayed the same. There was always pasta and pizza too. I didn't use the snack bar but I believe there were burgers and hot dogs available. Despite going in the summer holidays I always found a free table. Drink options were good, local beer and sangria were nice. The pool was quite busy but I always found there was space for me to swim up and down when I fancied it. I managed to find a sun lounger each day but only because it was an odd one. I think I may have struggled if I was with a group, unless you went down before 9/10am. Kids entertainment seemed good although I didn't need it. What I saw of the evening entertainment was fine but again I didn't really watch much of it. The beach was about a 50m walk down a path and then along a board walk. It was lovely and I borrowed a sun umbrella from reception. The beach was busy but always lots of space to set up and swim. I also visited the beach in the evening and the path was lit at night. I felt very safe as a solo traveller and was well looked after at the hotel. I wouldn't hesitate to visit again. Myself and my partner picked this hotel as a last minute holiday and was pleasantly surprised. The hotel itself is very good, with a nice pool and some great food! The buffet had plenty of options & as a vegetarian that is really important for us - plenty of meat options too, which all looked good. Although we had full board, we was given an apartment with a kitchen! which was a god send in case we woke up late for breakfast or lunch! The staff were friendly, especially Lore (on the bar near the pool) and the guy that manages the restaurant! The surroundings were really pretty, the beach behind the hotel was beautiful. We paid £900 overall for 2 people for 4 nights, we feel like what we got was well reflected. I have minor criticisms; the pool side music was the same songs on repeat. The lift got stuck once, so we stopped using it. Some of the drinks were not included in the price and you had to pay for a safe. But if you’re looking for a relaxing, comfortable place to stay, we’d defo recommend this place!

Me and my husband stayed at Lord Nelson Apartamentos beginning of July and we are already thinking about coming back! In all honesty we were thinking of coming back while we were still there lol! We paid extra for a room with ‘limited sea view’ and we were stunned by the view (and this was only limited, imagine having a full sea view. I recommend paying the extra money for this as it’s well worth it). We were also due to arrive before check in time so I’ve emailed the hotel directly to see if they could accommodate us for an early check in (bear in mind this is always subject to availability and no promises are made) but we did check in as soon as we arrived which was a nice touch as we were feeling a bit stressed as one of our luggage got lost (well, we did have it back on our 3rd day but it’s not exactly a good start of a holiday 😂). Also, not much information was given by the receptionist at check in stage but we quickly found our way. I personally didn’t like the fact that our bed was actually two singles pushed together but it looks like the hotel didn’t have any double beds at all. This was stated at the time of booking with Tui so we knew what to expect. Air-con was good, Wi-fi connection we found quite slow. The hotel is located in a nice and quiet area. Could do with a bit of TLC especially in bathroom and corridors and cleanliness could be improved although I appreciate that they make up your room every day. Bar/Restaurant staff were friendly and efficient. Fair options for AI drinks but you could have nice cocktails and mixers at additional cost. Food was good with different choices every day but we also had a nice dinner at Es Pins restaurant nearby with beautiful sunset views and cocktails (I recommend trying Pomada, a Spanish gin cocktail made with the island's own gin. Refreshing😉). Santo Tomas beach is only 2 minutes’ walk and you can hire a parasol and bed at a cost. We mainly went to the beach in the morning for a few hours as it was impossible for us to get a sun bed by the pool, people were ‘reserving’ this as early as 6am. How ridiculous is that, clearly something should be done about this? We have been to another AI hotel and if you weren’t in your sun bed for over an hour they would take your towel away but I guess this is just the way it is. We had not much trouble to find a couple late afternoon/evening. Evening entertainment was also really good, big shout out to the Bruno Mars & Friends tribute act! 😊 Pharmacy and supermarket are just across the road and a car rental is available within 2 minutes’ walk (but it's probably cheaper if you rent a car at the airport). Overall, we have enjoyed our stay and we found it great value for money. Menorca what a beautiful island you are we can’t wait to be back 😍

Booked this last minute as a quick week getaway. On arrival at reception greeted by cheery and helpful staff..once all booked in went up to our room, which surprisingly was brilliant. Small living room with sofa, and massive TV with some UK channels for news updates, small dining table and chairs, and small kitchen area, with sink cooker, microwave and fridge. The bedroom was spacious with lots of storage, and unusually, but welcome small TV 😀 The shower is large with lots of hot water. The complex is well maintained, clean and airy. The pool is clean with plenty of sun lounges..I went for breakfast at 0830hrs and there was plenty, even some stacked up...never went without. The beach is only a few metres away...clean with crystal clear water. The restaurant was extremely well managed, with plenty of seating and the staff cleared away your things promptly and very politely. The food was good and plentiful, but some days better than others, but you definitely won't starve here. The bar had all the usual local drinks and the staff again were so polite and efficient at keeping everyone topped up. There is the usual family entertainment, funny and good to keep you amused throughout the day, and the evening...shout out to Peter, always had time to chat and his bingo calling was legendary 👏 his outfits always raised a laugh. In summary...would I go again...Yes. Would I recommend it ...Yes. Only minus..which has nothing to do with the hotel itself...there is little outside the complex only a few bars and a supermarket. This didn't bother us, as we went for a quiet holiday...but if you're looking for Benidorm nightlife, this might not be for you.

I stayed at this hotel with my partner in July 2025 and would personally rate it 8 out of 10. There are no major flaws that should cause concern, and overall, the hotel is good. We paid extra for a “limited sea view” room, which definitely added to the experience. The view was great, and the location felt a bit more private. I noticed some rooms are on the ground floor, which for me is a no-go, and some are right next to the evening entertainment area, which can be quite loud until around 11:15 pm. Pros: * The staff were fantastic — friendly, helpful, quick, and efficient. * The food was of a good standard with a decent variety, ranging from more extravagant dishes to classic options like chips and pizza. * All-inclusive drinks were available until midnight, which seemed about right. * Our room was spacious, clean, and came with a proper fridge (not just a chiller), which I appreciated. Plenty of power outlets too. * Rooms were cleaned daily to a good standard. * The entertainment team was brilliant and very funny, adding to the overall experience. * Pool entertainment was good, mostly aerobics and water polo daily — a bit repetitive but still fun. (No experience with the kids’ club.) * Evening entertainment included bingo every night and some other activities. * The beach is just a 3–4 minute walk away and is lovely. Cons: * The bed was actually two singles pushed together and quite uncomfortable. I ended up sleeping on the sofa bed, which was thankfully better. * The variety of all-inclusive alcoholic drinks was poor. Cocktails were basically just vodka with juice and mixer, and there was no cider. You could pay for additional drinks. * The air conditioning worked and was decent but not great — if you’re sensitive to heat, bringing a fan might help. * There was the usual competition for sunbeds, but there seemed to be enough for most guests. Large families might find it more challenging. Worth noting, the majority of guests were English holidaymakers rather than Germans or other nationalities which is a common questions asked by us Brits! Overall, we were happy with our stay. I don’t usually return to the same place twice, but I would definitely recommend this hotel and would consider going back. The surrounding village mainly consists of all-inclusive complexes, with a pharmacy and supermarket opposite the hotel that has everything you might need, like bottled water. Don’t be put off by any scary reviews, but keep in mind we had the limited sea view room, but other than that this is a typical good Spanish all inclusive! Arrived home yesterday 18th july from Lord Nelson apartments after a fantastic week there couldnt fault anything in the hotel , our room was 341 with a lovely view it was clean and everything was ran well and all staff polite and welcoming . Food was plentiful and a different choice at each sitting anyone that couldnt find anything suitable must be very picky. Drinks from AI were very good we were pleasantly surprised as other holidays abroad we have found them harsh . The entertainment team are fabulous and work tirelessly daily and always found time for a quick chat and giggle 😉 we loved peter he was a real funny guy 😉. We met some lovely people there which was the icing on the cake in this stunning beach resort , so if you want to relax , feel safe in your surroundings and meet like minded people book yourself a memorable getaway . 😎😎

We have not had many bad experiences whilst staying here for the week except the extremely rude restaurant manager. Consistently rude to us, mocking us to his co-workers whenever we were in the restaurant, refusing to open a door for us to be able to exit the restaurant into the foyer, telling me to take my food and go back to the room when there were other customers sat down and eating. The food here is nothing special, extremely mediocre buffet and some nights extremely niche choice of food so not brilliant for picky eaters. The food also has a lot of flies on the food which the staff do not bat an eyelid to. The cleaners here are lovely and do an amazing job every time our room is cleaned and the receptionists have been happy to help whenever we had an inquiry. Entertainment staff and bar staff are friendly always fulfilling customers needs and keeping customers happy. Overall, I think this place is good value for the money spent but for an all inclusive hotel you would think they prioritise their hospitality mannerisms.. clearly not! The area itself its quiet and not much to do as santo tomas is swamped with just hotels, there are no rentals available on our beach but a supermarket and pharmacy across the road are useful and there is a bus stop that takes you directly to popular cities such as Mahon incase you need to escape from santo tomas for the day (which you probably will).

Such a lovely hotel! The location was absolutely beautiful. The beach is great—busy at times, but still very enjoyable. Although it's remote, the area has everything you need. The rooms was excellent, with comfy beds, a fridge, microwave, small stove, and a lovely balcony. The pool was great, and the entertainment was fantastic. The food was also very good, with plenty of meat, fish, pizza, salads, and pasta to choose from. All the staff were extremely friendly and hardworking. The island itself is so beautiful — we will definitely be returning!

This hotel has the best location, so close to the beautiful beach. The hotel is very clean, comfortable rooms, food plentiful, you can’t go hungry, everything is labelled. Drinks were ok, no local Malibu or baileys which was a shame. The beer and wine were nice though, better than other all inclusive hotels I’ve been to. The entertainment is absolutely fantastic, my daughter and I were in absolute stitches. They really do make the hotel, we had people on the street stopping and watching. We arrived late at night and the young girl on reception didn’t give us any information but went back in the morning and staff couldn’t be more helpful. Would 100% return to this hotel. Only couple of negatives late checkout was advertised but they couldn’t accommodate us, also the flies in the dining hall weren’t nice. Other than this you can’t go wrong.

I have just returned from our holiday here and i wanted to share how great the staff were. I have coeliacs disease and this can really inhibit me on all inclusive holidays, however the kitchen staff always made sure i had a great selection of safe fresh and tasty options and even made me fresh gf pizzas, desserts and gf fries. The Room was always cleaned by very friendly staff. I just wanted to thank the team for making my holiday great. This is my third visit to Santa Tomas and my first stay at Lord Nelson, however all future holidays in Menorca will be at the Lord Nelson.
