"our children have bought a voucher for a menù degustaciòn & cata de vino to celebrate our 40th anniversary of wedding. Upon our arrival we asked what the menu was including in terms of wine and the waitress told us with nonchalance that we could take a bottle of wine. We have chosen one of your Torralbenc white wines, which honestly speaking was not what we expected from a location and wine maker such as you're supposed to be. On top of that, boh waitresses had major difficulties explaining every dish course which made the experience even more difficult. We must say that this experience was rather disappointing both in terms of food and wine. Nobody told us that we paid a surcharge to taste more than only one wine - at least the experience could have been a bit more exciting. Anyhow, be sure that we will not recommend your location."

"Just back from an 8 night all inclusive stay in a swim up room. I can honestly say it’s been one of the most relaxing holidays for a long time. The hotel is beautiful, modern and well set out. Every area was spotless and staff were maintaining things constantly. The room was comfortable and having the swim up was a bonus as it was so hot. The food we found to be a good standard and varied - when people state it isn’t it always makes me wonder what they have at home! The location is a little bit out but we went to Mahon in a taxi twice and loved it. The biggest asset is the staff. Absolutely amazing. Polite, courteous and always attentive. I’d like to give a big shout out to Noa, who greeted as you entered the restaurant. What a lovely person. Also Jessica, Macarena and Sergio. The reception staff to would go above and beyond and always pleasant. I would highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing, quiet break. We will definitely return."

After asking to change rooms they were still rude and said that the room we were in was better than the one we had booked (after explaining that the difference was only that the room was bigger)... Menorca is spectacular but never this hotel."

"We have just returned from a short break at this hotel, and I have to say it is one of the best hotels we have stayed in for quite some time. Our room was fantastic — we had booked one with a Jacuzzi and cabana bed, which was definitely worth the extra money. All of the staff were friendly, helpful, and a real credit to the hotel. We booked half board and were glad we did, as this was our first visit to Santo Tomas. While the resort itself is very quiet, with limited options for eating and drinking out, the hotel food was of good quality, and there were plenty of options for vegetarians. The only slight negative was that, out of our four nights, there was entertainment on only two evenings. Normally this wouldn’t bother us, as we tend to go out in the evenings while on holiday, but given how quiet the resort is, it was a little disappointing that there wasn’t more on offer. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely return at some point in the future."

"Just returned after a 4 night stay. The hotel was excellent from start to finish. One of the cleanest hotels we have stayed at. Quiet location but understand it was coming towards the end of the season. All staff that we came across are a credit to the hotel. Food was varied and plenty of options. Spa is free for 1hr every day for guests. Lovely Irish bar around 10min walk away where food was also lovely. A 35min walk to Ciutadella, taxi was €6."
