"First impressions were excellent; beautiful gardens and pool area, total tranquillity, friendly receptionist, welcome drink on the terrace. However on being shown to the room we were hugely disappointed. Although large and spacious it seemed damp and was cold (even though it was 25° outside). We had to ask for a heater! The furniture on the terrace (which overlooked a few olive trees and what I can only describe as a pile of rubble) was old and damp, you certainly wouldn’t want to sit on it with or without a pretty view. We ate in the restaurant in the evening after an aperitif in the garden. A nice touch would be to put candles on the tables in the garden. Once in the restaurant we were absolutely ignored for a while until someone finally came to show us to our table. The service started out being good but then became sporadic. Finesse was certainly lacking in a restaurant of this standard. We were left to pour our own wine, the food was not of a quality one would expect of an establishment at this level, there were no finger bowls to cleanse hands after de-shelling prawns, coffee was not offered and by the end we felt somewhat cheated. On the whole a rather disappointing stay. "

"Just back from an 8 night all inclusive stay in a swim up room. I can honestly say it’s been one of the most relaxing holidays for a long time. The hotel is beautiful, modern and well set out. Every area was spotless and staff were maintaining things constantly. The room was comfortable and having the swim up was a bonus as it was so hot. The food we found to be a good standard and varied - when people state it isn’t it always makes me wonder what they have at home! The location is a little bit out but we went to Mahon in a taxi twice and loved it. The biggest asset is the staff. Absolutely amazing. Polite, courteous and always attentive. I’d like to give a big shout out to Noa, who greeted as you entered the restaurant. What a lovely person. Also Jessica, Macarena and Sergio. The reception staff to would go above and beyond and always pleasant. I would highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing, quiet break. We will definitely return."

"Worst room I've ever had... It doesn't match the advertised description, super dirty, bathroom full of mold... After asking to change rooms they were still rude and said that the room we were in was better than the one we had booked (after explaining that the difference was only that the room was bigger)... Menorca is spectacular but never this hotel."

"The staff are very friendly. We were upgraded and the apartment was beautiful and very clean. There's a huge, gorgeous swimming pool and another smaller pool in a quiet location. There's also a small children's pool and play area. The resort is also ideal for families. The small cove is a 5-10 minute walk away."

"We enjoyed our recent stay, we've been there about 4 times now so they must be doing something right. We'd give the food 7 out of 10 as there's always plenty to choose from, the temperature us often lukewarm which is common to lots of hotels. They charge more for water in the evenings than they do in the daytime 7 euros versus 4 euros per litre which are both exorbitant. One evening they started to pack things away too early which limited what food we had access to. I pointed this out at the time and the missing items were sourced for me. There's entertainment most evenings which are good to watch whilst having a beer. The hotel is spotlessly clean throughout and the staff are welcoming and polite. There are minor parts if the hotel that are starting to show their age so a winter 2026 refurb would be beneficial."

"Just returned after a 4 night stay. The hotel was excellent from start to finish. One of the cleanest hotels we have stayed at. Quiet location but understand it was coming towards the end of the season. All staff that we came across are a credit to the hotel. Food was varied and plenty of options. Spa is free for 1hr every day for guests. Lovely Irish bar around 10min walk away where food was also lovely. A 35min walk to Ciutadella, taxi was €6."
