"We stayed as a family of 4 & were more than happy with the accommodation. It is very roomy & clean & has everything you should want for a self catering holiday. Yes it is quiet but we weren't put off by that, we went exploring & found plenty to do & see in the evenings. The bus routes to other villages & towns is within walking distance & taxis easy to get hold of. The pool area is well equipped with plenty of loungers & never too busy there. As someone else mentioned it is along a road but please don't let that put you off, it certainly isn't a noisy road and you can't really see it from the pool area unless you are walking about. The views from the pool were fantastic with the sea & hills in the distance. We were self catering so unable to comment on the food & restaurant but the bar is open in the day/evening for drinks and ice creams. Two well equipped supermarkets within walking distance with everything you should need. It is a little pricey but has everything there. Rooms: 5/5 Service: 5/5 "

"The hotel is very clean and very modern, there are all the comforts needed for a trip you can come with nothing in the pockets. The only point of improvement could be the TV that only runs with a few channels and you can't put the AirPlay to put YouTube or something. We had the room with views on the port."

"We had a wonderful time at this hotel. It is a large property with all the perks of a big resort—like an aquapark, multiple pools, and great entertainment—yet it still manages to feel cozy and intimate. Even with full occupancy, the hotel was quiet (!), and there was absolutely no "sunbed war."What we loved:The aquapark: Very fun and attractive.The architecture: Low-rise, guest-friendly buildings. The tiled roofs, green shutters, and matching curtains create a wonderful, charming atmosphere.The downsides:The bathroom: It is definitely in need of refreshment.The food: Typical, average all-inclusive buffet.Overall, our stay was a big plus. Highly recommended!"

"It's like a youth hotel, lots young people comes with excess noise. No dedicated adult or quite pool. Nice apartments , well maintained pools and sunbeds."

"Tired place. The management company has bought 3 hotels & encorporated them into one larger complex. However, they have chosen not to carry out any upgrades or renovations, which are desperately needed! This is at best a 2* Hotel currently, but could be so much more! Jet2 Photos are very misleading - be warned. They show newly painted areas, rooms & decked areas around the larger pool (now covered with horendous fake grass which is boiling!). The rooms are dated, very dated! There are staff & equipments white sheds dotted about, which need removing & central areas between what used to be the old separate hotels are needing renovating. Food is average, but queues at breakfast were unacceptable...we did tell managers! The area is very quiet - mostly hotels & residential, no cafes, bars, etc & lacking spuermarket choices. Buses were superb & a visit to Ciutadella is a must. The coves & bays are beautiful. Staff do their best at the hotel & are very frinedly, but Reception staff could do much better. We asked to move room as we were really disappointed with what we were offered, compared to advertised photos(!)...and we were promised a call back by Iris - it never happened. Weather was superb & hot, hot! A week was enough here, we had a good time as a family, but we would not return here unfortunatley."

"We didn't need a hotel but we were looking for somewhere different to eat an evening meal. What luck! During 'Menorca al Plat' in May we found Hotel Jeni. A delicious menu, excellent service - but all very quiet, as if no one else knew about it? Come on people - this dining room deserves to be buzzing!"

"Travelling as a family of 4, 2 adults + 2 girls age 11 & 14 for 7 nights half board. Booked through Tui. Bus transfer from Mahon was just over an hour (we were 2nd drop off). Check in was smooth, staff friendly & respectful. We were given a 1st floor studio apart in the cottages. Double bed, kitchen, modest living /dining area with 2 sofa beds that were ample for the kids. Large balcony with table & only 2 chairs but simply used the dining chairs when needed. Bathroom had bath with shower over, wc, basin & bidet. Also hairdryer. Room was tidied every day/ beds made & towels replaced if you left on floor. Air-conditioning control was a bit of a mystery but it worked anyway & the room was kept nice & cool. The complex is in 3. Cottages, where we stayed had a decent pool, loungers, bar/cafe open during day. The palace hotel has a slightly larger pool, loungers, cafe/bar & internally houses the restaurant where you have breakfast/dinner. We stayed 7 nights & food was decent & varied enough to cater to most. Staff were really hard working, friendly & polite. The other block, the apartments had a 3rd smaller pool with slide, a small shop & cafe / bar. We discovered this back end of holiday & it was a lot quieter / more relaxed than the other areas. Hotel is an easy walk to a choice of 3 coves. 1 is literally 2 mins walk ( the middle size 1 with beach bar) , then there's a small one tucked around the corner across some rocks - well worth a visit as less frequented & crystal clear water. Then there's a larger one with a few bars, restaurants hotels situated around it ( about a 20- 15 min walk) Don't follow Google, use strava to figure the shortest route . Cuitadella city ctr was walkable- about 20mins at an easy pace or 2-3 mins on the bus. We walked to nearby cala blanca which was achievable & worth a visit for shops, bars, restaurants & also had a short bus ride to Cala Bosch to the aquapark (pricey & ticket doesn't include locker or sun loungers hire). Cala Bosch however has a beautiful marina & lots of nice restaurants around it. Our only real gripe (not an uncommon one) was that although sun loungers at the hotel had signs up saying not to be reserved with towels, of course certain individuals did (you know the type!), so loungers were scarce, only becoming free later in day, as the hotel.didnt appear to enforce the policy relying unfortunately on people's better nature. The relaxed nature however extended seemingly to the pool hours, which our kids & many others took advantage of with a late swim (lovely with the moon out). It's not 5 star but as an advertised 3 star, I'd say it meets its mark solidly & would deffinitely go back. Great location & staff."

"Very good hotel, very well located, very clean and the housekeeper is very friendly. Too bad we had to call a number to find out our room and the door code because the lady/gentleman at reception was not at his desk (all week) even though we arrived at 1 p.m. and reception is normally open until 3 p.m. In addition, there was no fridge in the room and a window in the bathroom. Very good value for money !"
