Every detail was thoughtfully prepared. The tea ceremony, including tea tasting and learning about tea preparation, was an exclusive and memorable experience. Everything at this hotel is designed to make guests feel special, welcomed, and genuinely cared for. A very special thank you to Thea [愉快], who accompanied us throughout our stay and took exceptional care of our comfort and well-being. The beautiful birthday decoration in our room, along with the flowers and complimentary birthday cake gifted by the hotel, made me feel truly happy and appreciated.
