Over all not bad - bed linen a bit dirty with yellow urine stains .

Amazing location, clean, modern and with kitchen!!!

Well located, spacious, no window, no natural light, quiet, comfortable. The bathroom sink is only for washing hands. There is a shelve, so, it is not possible to wash the face or the teeth. The kitchen is convinient. There is a washing machine outside the room, 8AUD wash and dry. The bed sheets don't isolate enough the bed linen. It is gross when accidentally touch it, it has stains. Overall a pleasant stay.

Very easy check in. Room clean and tidy and lots of open space. The location is a convenient walk to Southern Station and a 20 minute walk to Flinders. The only negative thing is the lack of space in the bathroom as the vanity is so small you can’t put anything anywhere.

Location perfect. Overall ok. Problem of toilet design it is unreasonable small, should be more larger because still so much space inside the room.

The hotel is good, the only thing I didn’t like much was the bathroom it is really small. Rest of the room is good, the bed is comfortable.

Oaks on Collins is easy to locate, especially from Southern Cross Station - an easy short walk. Check-in was easy with the friendly and efficient staff. There had been a booking glitch and we found only 1 bed in our room when I booked a twin room, however the reception staff went out of their way to switch us to an appropriate room. Check-out was a breeze. I would stay again.

Excellent location. Stayed in the executive studio on a high floor with great views from the window. Most issues faced during the stay were attended too except the dishwasher. Would still recommend this considering the pricing and overall price experience.

Very convenient location foe CBD - no bar but plenty of options close by.

Great location, room was nice. Bathroom was small, but still okay. Good enough for what you need. Staff at reception area were very warm & friendly. The concierge guy however, was not very helpful or accommodating. I gave 4 stars due to this. Very central to everything which made it easy to get around to places.

It’s very clean! But it’s weird that the toilet is right next to the beds where we sleep :/ so we move the beds a bit further
