I wanted to bring to your attention a concerning issue regarding the accommodation I recently stayed in. Unfortunately, the room was in a very poor condition, with a noticeable presence of insects and cockroaches. This was quite alarming and not at all what I expected. Additionally, I found the price of the room to be exorbitantly high considering the unsatisfactory conditions.
Upon expressing my dissatisfaction with my assigned room, the hotel promptly accommodated my request and changed my room. However, I was informed that this change would incur an additional cost.

I thought the hotel it self, the room and the staff were very good however I was a bit disappointed with the breakfast choices and quality. Also the breakfast buffet was not replenished so if you arrive a bit late you got the leftovers. It is also very difficult to get a small taxi to go into town or anywhere else from there.

The hotel is very neat and clean but lacks service like complimentary mineral water and complimentary tea coffee makers in the room as it is globally provided in all 4 star property. The prices in the bar are very steep.

Zaki hotel is an excellent hotel at Meknes, it is modern hotel with excellent decore. Rooms are very spacious so is the bathroom having Tub and shower area. The room is very clean and so is the bathroom. The check in and check out were very smooth. Breakfast spread was quite good and the food was tasty. We had dinner and the served very quickly. Swimming pool and area around was excellent.

I have been there in 2015 and the restaurant was very good where I ordered steak but today it’s nothing as if it’s orders on the road. Prices are high even for the swimming pool and there isn’t a price list showing to customers The room was not that good in 2015 and I don’t know why the exaggeration with the reviews .

The first thing you notice upon entering the Zaki hotel is the kitchy taste that displaces the customer in contrast to the pretense of being a traditional hotel. At the reception we wait several minutes before anyone deigns to pay attention. The receptionists are more busy checking the planning with the dates of occupancy of the rooms than welcoming customers and although we are at the counter right in front of them, they give us fleeting glances and then (after more than five minutes of confusion) ask us with bother what we want. The rooms are spacious, not very clean, the bathrooms very dark with almost black tiles. At the restaurant we have lunch for dinner and breakfast: dinner is decent, breakfast instead completely to be reviewed: little variety of food and of poor quality. The hotel is also famous for its swimming pools, which are tinged with fluorescent colors at night. Too bad that cleaning is non-existent: litter on the floor, cigarette butts, glasses and empty bottles fill tables and some are overturned on the floor. The Zaki is located about 10 minutes' drive from the center of Meknes.

C est un cendrier dans toutl hotel jusqu'à l accueil et les couloirs..et que dire de l odeur dans les chambres!! C est bruyant toute la nuit à cause des allers retours entre boîte de nuit et chambres. La clientèle est peu respectueuse des autres qui dorment. Les chambres sont grandes mais il faut être côté piscine Avec des salles de bain qui deviennent également des piscines. A éviter à Meknès
