Meerbuscher Hof

This place was awesome! It was a home away from home! Very spacious and well kept. They have gained a new client for life! The pool area is very nice!

The property was nice but the floors were super dirty. I have a baby that just learned to walk and falls sometimes. The floors were so bad I hardly let her down. Had to wear shoes everywhere in the unit. They also did not provide enough towels or basic supplies such as toilet paper, garbage bags and paper towels. We only stayed a week and did not feel we should have to provide all of that.

The location of this property is great. It is within walking distance to Old Town and a short ride to Disney and Disney Springs. The pool and pool bar are nice! The hotel has an arcade for kids, which we didn't use, but it looked fun. The condo could definitely use a thorough clean. Baseboards and blinds were dirty. There was gunk on the walls. The hot tub was disgustingly dirty, as if the filters had never been changed. There were tiny bug crawling on the counters. The shower door wouldn't stay shut in the main washroom. They do not provide toilet paper, paper towels, and cleaning supplies. The carpets and upholstery had stains. The front desk was not accommodating with a late checkout request.

Needs updating. Old carpet, and hot tub is falling apart. Also not enough cooking utensils.

The layout of the units is great for a family. The units however need a ton of updating. The grout is coming out of the floor, the tiles are cracked, the hot tub doesn’t heat up. And the cleaning was almost non-existant. The couch needed to be cleaned, the kettle had a sludge in the bottom of it, there was sand in the bed, and the bathrooms had hair everywhere. The showers were grimy. We did tell the front desk about and they sent someone to clean the couch, change the bedding and give us a new kettle. But in reality, the entire unit needed to be deep cleaned.

We loved this property, it was great for our 4 kids and two small dogs. We loved the jacuzzi and the whole house. I totally recommend it!

The property doesn’t have bbq,for us that we usually make bbq at trip &don’t eat outside food it’s very important,over all it was good

They canceled my reservation because we arrived later. I made this reservation a month before and we had a transportation issues, I had called the property many times to let they know that we are on our way there and they said to do not worry about it. I called 40 min before arriving and the told us that my 5 nights stays was canceled because we are late. We had three kids, groceries, luggages and no place to go. This property is bad business. Do not trust them.

My family and I had a great time! The staff was very kind and professional. It’s a great place with a great price for families! With definitely return 🙂
