The hotel was in a great location, el poblado, and it was top notch (from the rooms, breakfast and overall service). Would definently stay here next time.

The hotel’s location is excellent, offering convenient access to various restaurants. However, my stay was marred by several issues. The overall ambiance is dark, creating an unwelcoming atmosphere. The room was disappointingly dirty, and the cleaning staff, though diligent, were excessively loud and noisy. An alarming incident occurred when the cleaning lady, after a single knock, abruptly entered my room, breaking the door lock in the process. Additionally, ongoing construction added to the overall noise level, contributing to a negative experience during my stay.

Overall clean property but WiFi wasn’t working despite troubleshooting with front desk. Broken toilet seat, broken door to bathroom, ac wouldn’t cool more than 1 or 2 degrees, loud party going on for hours a couple doors down.

The place we stayed on the 11th floor, H5, room has extremely noisy rooms and lacks maintenance. The sound of music echoes at night, making it impossible to sleep well. The staff, in general, is friendly, but at the reception, they called my wife, claiming issues with her passport, treating her like a low-class immigrant in her own country just because she has a Colombian passport as a U.S. resident. A terrible experience. The only redeeming quality is the location. I would not choose to stay here again.

All in general was good but the staff need a little bit more training in order to provide a better experience for each person, and the restaurant on the roof is great but again the service is terrible except for on or two people. Is a good place but definitely they need more training.
