The only drawback is that there is hair on the towel, but the overall accommodation experience is still good. The front desk service is friendly, and the simple breakfast with small pastries and coffee is also satisfactory and worth recommending."

There was ample parking so it was easy to use. The surroundings were quiet, so I was able to rest comfortably at night. If I visit McAllen again with my family, this is an accommodation I would like to use again next time."

"In a rural area like Texas, the hotel is pretty good, but the hygiene is indeed a bit painful for girls. I even saw ants on the bed, which made me afraid to sleep all night. The restroom is relatively clean. The guy at the front desk of the hotel also has a very good attitude and can basically answer most of your questions. The shuttle bus can also take you to a place not far away for free. There is a driver whose English is a little bit not very good, but he can understand simple things. Yes, it will be much more convenient to speak Spanish in Mcallen."

We got a beautiful view of the South Pole holiday attraction, the happy hour was on point the food was delicious breakfast was custom and complimentary and dinner was excellent and affordable. We tried a little bit of all the food they offered and not one disappointed! The service was super friendly and would greet you in the halls. We had to order a few things and they came quickly the space and the cleanliness was phenomenal. I will never stay anywhere else when I visit the Valley again. It was well worth it and just takes you to another place where you're taken care of."
