The staff were friendly and helpful, answering all our requests. Happy hour offered free unlimited canned beer (7 varieties) and snacks. The room was spacious and clean with ample amenities, although it was disappointing to find several strands of cleaning staff hair in the bathtub. Despite its proximity to the airport, the free shuttle bus was a lifesaver in this hot region. I would definitely like to stay here again when visiting McAllen in the future!"

"We went for a wedding and the Christmas holiday and it was absolutely amazing. We got a beautiful view of the South Pole holiday attraction, the happy hour was on point the food was delicious breakfast was custom and complimentary and dinner was excellent and affordable. We tried a little bit of all the food they offered and not one disappointed! The service was super friendly and would greet you in the halls. We had to order a few things and they came quickly the space and the cleanliness was phenomenal. I will never stay anywhere else when I visit the Valley again. It was well worth it and just takes you to another place where you're taken care of."
