Property is in a great area near restaurants and shops. It just needs to put more quality in the rooms. The shower sprayed all over too much water coming out of the shower to the floor.. With a brand new hotel, I would expect a heated pool. It would’ve been nice to be able to go out for a swim early in the evening.

The beach and pool was nice. Having a gym was convenient and the room was a good size with comfortable beds. Plenty of English speaking channels. Excellent place to stay.

The entrance door does not seal well and the noise from the bar next door was incredibly loud until after 2 am. Very difficult to sleep. All suite entrance doors are on the street side of the building so there is no escape from the noise. The shower was laminate tile flooring and very slippery. The hotel does not see that as a problem so would not provide non-slip shower mat. We bought one from Walmart for $6 and left it there. There are no safety handles in the shower. Not good. There is only one hook for towels in the bathroom so no choice to avoid clean towels every day. No towel bars. Not very eco-friendly. There is a single cup coffee maker which worked ok. The door to the balcony does not seal well so the noise from the beach bands was incredibly loud during the day. Not peacefull at all. On the plus side, there are a lot of good restaurants very near by. Overall, we will not be back.

This is my second time staying at the Marriott and I absolutely love it. All the staff is amazing. The housekeeper Martha was a sweetheart and accommodated us with whatever was needed in room. The location is the best between all bars, restaurants and beach.

Definitely will return to this place is very convenient located and nice clean beach area, muy amables todos los empleados desde la entrada hasta las recámareras.
Just make sure you double check when booking if you get a non refundable deal they will not reimburse or you can choose a different fares for little more just in case you change plans. I paid a room for some friends and canceled on me a not even one night was reimbursed. Jussie so you know they will honor that as well.

Hotel was decent but staff isn't helpful in facilitating transportation to and from the airport. I arrived at midnight at the airport and couldn't book a taxi at the airport due to payment issues at the airport point of sale (Uber/Lyft will not pick you up at the airport). Hotel didn't have any contacts nor did it seem interested in facilitating my transportation to the hotel. View is nice; breakfast was OK.

The hotel bar is too expensive, 85 pesos for 350ml beer is too much, it did not make the pool bar attractive at all. We were not looking for supermarket prices of course, but 85 pesos is exesive.
