Tropical Attitude,

Great service from the staff. They made our anniversary extra special for us. We were just a bit disappointed with the food, we mostly ate out at other restaurants when we stayed here. I'd highly recommend a stay in the villa. Unfortunately, the beach side is only good to look at and not good to get into.

The staff are amazing and so welcoming here at Tropical Attitude Hotel. Nothing is too much brother, Kristof looked after myself and my partner from day one. Vikash one of the chefs is a character and so friendly, food is amazing and they always cater for the individual. I visited the spa on our last day for a pedicure and the spa is gorgeous, with a very relaxing atmosphere and amazing smells, so friendly . This hotel is small and friendly and very relaxing. I would highly recommend staying here. We will miss all the staff Samantha & Mark from Newcastle.

Have just returned from Tropical which was a special trip to celebrate our 40th Wedding Anniversary, which the hotel helped us celebrate in style with a special menu and decorated table. The first and most important thing I would like to say is a huge thank you to Karen and Chantika who were extremely patient and understanding when my husband asked the same questions on many occasions due to his dementia. Their general caring attitude is to be highly recognised and appreciated. We did have a few issues having decided to upgrade to All Inclusive, in the bar and restaurant, even 6/7 days in we were still being asked to sign for paid food and drinks. Our room was as expected but with a few housekeeping issues to bring to the attention of the management. The first thing I noticed was the dirty/sticky marks on our door. This could easily have been cleaned off but had been left, not a good first impression. We then discovered (as mentioned in other reviews) the wall in our bathroom was covered in black mould, not a nice thing to see. Finally a bit more attention to cleaning detail would help, the shelf where the tv stood was covered in black dust and not always cleaned. All other areas are kept spotlessly clean, especially the pool/bar and restaurant. There were usually sun beds to be had but when the boat to Il aux Cerf didn’t run due to the weather there was a shortage. Lovely to not have to worry about beach towels, which you can even take on outside trips and can be changed twice a day. Sadly the weather wasn’t that kind on a few days so we went exploring. We took a taxi to Port Louis, we started at the market, then went onto the mall, then off to the botanical gardens. The taxi waits for you at each destination snd you don’t pay until you get back to the hotel. We were out for 5 hours at a cost of RM3,500 about £62.00. Two highly recommended trips would be the leisurely Catamaran Cruise s and the more adventurous 5 Island Speedboat Tour. Restaurant wise try Koh Nom, the food was amazing. Outside of Tropical definitely visit Green Island, great, reasonably priced food and lovely friendly staff. Overall we had a great holiday. Thank you most sincerely to all the staff at Tropical who go above and beyond to make your holiday special, truly lovely people.

My husband and I came for a week. This hotel has amazing. This hotel is closer to nature. Rooms are clean and mind-blowing. Staffs here are friendly and helps us in any difficulty faced. I am a vegetarian but chef and restaurant people made special and delicious food for me. From our busy life, this was a perfect break. I loved each and every thing about this hotel, food and staff.

Another stay in Mauritius. This time we chose the east coast and the choice fell on the "Tropical Attitiude" hotel. Very nice hotel for adults. Many very good solutions. Practically the entire hotel area is non-smoking with designated smoking areas. A great solution for me. A small shop where you could take water, beer and drinks to the fridge every day. Great bartenders. Sanju, Ashed, Juval, great waiters Ram and Seevangee. A great place to relax, even though it's the winter season in Mauritius. A great thing is that the hotel organizes free cruises to the island every day. The à la carte restaurant which serves local dishes is also great. However, it was strange for me to sign bills for every dish and every drink in the all-inclusive option. One thing I didn't like: even though I like animals, dogs were allowed to stay freely, even in the restaurant and waiting to be served something to eat.

Tabaji level going down.no many options available anymore Breakfast okay. Room okay but fridge doesn't work and bed not that comfortable. Cocktail not recommended.

Recently I visited tropical attitude, no doubt staff was good and Chef and sous chef are good, food was good, but while check out they asked us 400 Mauritius rupees by saying its a compulsory donation, luckily i had cash, otherwise quite difficult for me.. it should be not be "compulsion/ fixed money to be charge" by name of donation.
