Ulasan Matsumoto Marunouchi Hotel

Room is quite old Lighting in the room needs improvement Parking service needs improvement, difficult to find the 2nd car park. Pls book parking in advance if u drive

Hotel room was a good size for Japan. Lighting of the room is good. Shower was hot and strong. Had 2 pillows each. Walking distance to the castle entrance.

The staff were all extremely helpful and the facility itself was well maintained. The room was particularly large and the amenities were first class. The buffet breakfast was quite weighted towards the Japanese side but there were also other options. Great stay. Would highly recommend.

Great location close to Matsumoto castle and various food options. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel looks a bit older but is very well maintained.

松本城直ぐ近く。縄手通りとかも近くでロケーションは素晴らしいです。ホテル自体もとてと綺麗で素敵な建物でした。また、利用させていただきたいです。

非常靠近松本城可以早上晚上及中午都到城內外參觀

設施有點老了，但是功能沒有任何問題。為了保證能夠住得寬容一點，我們二個人訂了三人房間，所以空間也沒有什麼問題。酒店出門走幾步就是公交站，走路去交通樞紐也沒問題。離松本城也是幾步的距離。服務也挺好。估計打掃衞生的人搞錯了，把我一條白毛巾收走了。向前台反映後立即同意我拿一條相似的酒店毛巾作為補償。

第二次來松本，特地預訂了這個銀行改造的酒店。酒店普通雙人間比較狹小，但是很乾凈。美中不足是房間內空氣不太流通，雖然有空氣凈化器，但還是會有點味道。白天如果出門的話，可以自己開開窗户換個氣。 高檔一點的房間帶有客廳廚房，衞生間也更寬敞。體驗更好。 窗外風景很不錯，這次住在五樓，就已經能看到遠處的羣山。如果是冬季或者春季來，一定可以看到雪頂。 酒店的早餐超棒，不僅選擇豐富，味道也都很不錯。有日式和西式的各種點心小菜選擇。味增湯很贊。還有炒牛肉，成本不菲啊。吃早餐的地方是一個宴會廳，層高兩層樓，有一個扶手樓梯通向二樓。吃早飯那天正好遇到日本人婚禮，有幾個工作人員在二樓小禮堂布置和拍攝，氣氛很不錯。 日本酒店主打一個安靜，吃早飯的時候衹有優美的背景音樂🎵，幾乎聽不到人的説話聲音，大家都是輕聲細語，略顯拘束。 酒店前台接到服務熱情，有求必應。我們還根據推薦，光顧了離酒店僅一步之遙的市民温泉，小而古樸，深入體驗了一把日本人的生活百態。 松本城，松本市博物館，松本時針博物館近在咫尺，遊覽方便。尤其可以在晚間前往松本城，看看倒影在城池中的倩影。
