I'm not good at English or Japanese, so it was nice that a friend who lives in Tokyo checked in for me. However... the breakfast didn't suit my taste.

The room was small but clean and the breakfast was simple. The location is very good, right at the east exit of Matsudo Station, easy to access.

I have stayed at Toyoko Inn in various areas. The overall feeling of this Toyoko Inn is very good.
It is very close to Keisei JR Station. It is very convenient to take the train to central areas such as Tokyo and Ueno. There are comprehensive commercial facilities in the surrounding area. Supermarkets, restaurants, etc. are all very close. It is within walking distance. The hotel service is in place. It seems that there are service staff who understand Chinese. There are different dishes for breakfast every day.

It's in a good location near Matsudo Station, but it was a little difficult to find the way. I left my luggage at the front desk before checking in, but they didn't let me bring it to my room. The window in the room had a small gap, so it was cold. The pet room was spacious and very nice. The bath was shallow and wide. The breakfast area was also spacious and delicious.

It's very convenient to get out of the east exit of the subway and walk a few steps. The breakfast is also good, with a combination of meat and vegetables, a complete set of snacks and staple food, and all you can drink. Keep booking next time and highly recommend!

The service from one front desk staff was the worst. Especially at check-in...
I think the overbearing attitude when talking about the parking lot is not good.
The problem is that the staff themselves are not aware of it. I'm a first-time guest and I think many people have thought the same thing.
So I stayed here for two nights, but it's not a very good hotel.
Even if there are other very good reviews, the overall rating will be negative because of one negative review.
They should do something about the service. Customers are not friends or anything... I think they misunderstood and are serving in a familiar manner.
Even if you look at the way they talk to friendly guests (probably regular customers), it's not the way to talk at the front desk.
Even if it's New Year's, a normal breakfast is fine. I don't need osechi food. If you do serve it, please serve normal food and osechi food. I went to Yoshinoya because there was nothing to eat.
