"I forgot to call the airport pickup number and couldn't get through at first. There was compensation later, but the water heater broke down that night, and there were no rooms available for a change, so I had to borrow another room to shower. There's no elevator. There was a temple event in the morning without prior notice. The cleaning staff were loud and noisy, probably because the soundproofing wasn't very good. The location is very convenient, and the room rate is quite high. Aside from the toilet, the cleanliness was decent. They weren't very helpful in answering questions."
