The reception staff they are very friendly and accommodating And complimentary for mini bar for guest.

Wow, let me tell you about the lobby of the Golden Palace Hotel - it is absolutely breathtaking! Picture this: a grand entrance with sparkling chandeliers hanging from the high ceilings, marble floors that shine like glass, and plush velvet sofas that ooze luxury. The ambiance is both elegant and welcoming, with soft lighting and intricate decor details at every turn. From the moment you step foot into this opulent space, you are immersed in a world of beauty and sophistication. It's no wonder why guests can't stop raving about how great this lobby is – it truly sets the tone for a memorable stay at the Golden Palace Hotel. I am beyond excited to spend time here and soak up all of its grandeur!

Everything did not go well, even though I had understood the definition of this hotel, the quality of the restaurants was ordinary, the staff's behavior was not very interesting and I did not feel comfortable. I think the rooms of this hotel should be updated. I had to leave this hotel because of the not so good quality.

This hotel was a first for me, I visited Darvishi hotel for 2018 (For religious purposes). It wasn't a great hotel as it had a alright quality of food, a alright room and it was just fine but it didnt deem to really suit to our liking, and we went there for 6 years? (whenever we decided to visit Meshhad). We decided to go to Ghasr Talaee. And it was a great experience, Food was delicious (The Pizza is a must), The staff are very polite and really care if you have concerns. During the moments when we ordered pizza the oven was broken and it took some time to arrive, When it arrived the staff instantly sent a call towards our room asking if it arrived. Proving how they are really mindful of how you feel. The transport is also quite brilliant they are always ontime (it is 1 hour each transport, 1:30,2:30 etc.) The rooms are always very tidy and are brilliant with room service and there is nothing wrong at all with how the rooms are designed and how they are arranged. They even have a games section in Floor 2, Which was a great moment of spending our time in Meshhad with family, We decided to play bowling which was a fantastic experience and there wasnt a single issue at all and once again the staff were extremely polite. However; the only concern coming from my behalf is the poor internet connections which by no means is from the Hotel as iran is mainly focused on preventing internet which the hotel isnt able to control the speed. In conclusion, Ghasr Talaee is a great experience and it is one to for the memories, It may be slightly expensive but it is brilliant for its price and it is definitely a 5 star hotel. Additional notes: It is 15 minutes away from Imam Reza shrine

The best hotel in iran, mashhad I’ve had wonderful experience and feeling in this hotel Golden palace hotel in mashad in the right location that provides everything you need to rest and have I prefer this luxury hotel to everyone that wanna nice experience travel in Mashhad. Finally I should thankfully to Golden Palace Hotel’s Staff for the best quality they have. Appreciated.
