Ulasan Crowne Plaza Quanzhou Riverview, an IHG Hotel

I spent 3 nights here, and the overall experience was not pleasant. When I arrived the first day, the front desk gave me a room that was not livable. It was so close to the next building (see photos). I requested to have the room changed for the second night. The manager upgraded to a better room. However, I wanted to try the spa using the coupon from the hotel. The spa manager said this coupon is only good for spending 980 or more, but it wasn't said anywhere in the coupon. Then, I wanted to use Dianping. She said they no longer honor Dianping. This hotel accepts large group tour, the tour girl was yelling at the lobby using an amplified speaker, which is very unprofessional at a 5 star hotel. The third night was the most expensive. She said she would honor the ctrip price but charge me 100 more. I don't understand why it is so difficult to be honest. The breakfast was good, the service was friendly but not honest, if you are not 100% alert, you will pay more. The Japanese restaurant was not good, the eel wasn't fresh and the taste was decent.

A new hotel that I can really recommend. All facilities you expect will function satisfactorily. The friendly welcome, quick check-in and a short introduction where you can find or use something immediately gives you a relaxed feeling and puts you at ease. Nice clean and spacious rooms with a beautiful view of the mountains. The rooms and public areas have a fast stable wifi connecting. The lobby has a nice sitting area and a separate quiet area for afternoon tea or small snacks. wait staff are very service minded and pay attention to personal details. A very varied breakfast buffet with high-quality food, even gourmets will appreciate this breakfast. We had a pleasant conversation with manager Wang, he was genuinely interested. We look forward to your next visit.

Location : a bit far from the city center but for me was pretty quiet and cozy Doorbell: always helpful and always smiling, that was a big plus Front desk : Shirley was amazing, great communication skills and super agile Room : comfortable and the AC system was amazing super efficient Breakfast : decent but it lacked more western style options such as hash brown, salami, smoked salmon and ao on Overall it was a solid 4.8 rating!
