Older hotel. Not the cleanest. Only one working ice machine.

Our expectations about this property were high but once we arrived and began to walk the property, those high expectations were lowered. The elevators were kind of dirty and need cleaning. The walls and floor. The elevator says ICE is available on the 4th,5th,and 6th floor. That is NOT true. We went to the 4th,5th, and 6th floor only to discover a dark and inoperative ice machine with NO lighting in the corner. We felt UNSAFE. We woke up multiple times through out the night sweating, coughing,and gasping for air. The air was on 65 degrees COOL. We took a shower and a bath at the same time due to the tub filling up to our ankles while showering. It was weird because there was no stopper in the tub. Between the shady ice corners, the smothering air, and shower and bath at the same time. Our stay was Not pleasant. On a good note, the back patio was a very nice view on the back.

Hotel was comfortable and breakfast was good, the hallways to the room were not what the pictures would suggest and had us nervous about going into the room. However the inside was comfortable.

Nice reception at check in and out. Stay was quiet, room comfortable. ONLY thing was noticeable filthy exhaust vent in bathroom.

During my stay they were using a cleaning company to clean up a water leak, so many parts of the building looked like it was under repair or construction and noisy dehumidifiers and fans were in use. They room we were assigned was inaccessible and taped over in plastic wrap so we had to return to the desk to get a room that wasn’t part of the water leak. The line was long so we incurred a second wait. The room we were next assigned smelled like smoke so bad that my throat got sore staying in that “non-smoking” room and the carpet was so dirty that our socks got filthy walking on it. We walked in and the fire alarm went off so we had to exit. We gave up settling in and went to dinner instead of waiting for the fire department to issue an all clear. Went to dinner and the concert and changed clothes in the restaurant bathroom since we couldn’t get in the hotel room. Didn’t return to the hotel until after the concert but by then we were able to bring up luggage and spend the night without issues after that. So other than the stench and the fire alarm and everything seeming dirty, we did get some rest, but I will not stay here again. It’s a poorly maintained mess.

The place is under construction, but they don't bother to tell you that. Don't bother booking there and why does ******* not know this?

We arrived and were placed into a room that was either occupied or not cleaned. They put us into another room. It was pretty bare bones and needed updating. Lampshade missing-bare bulb, rusty tub drain, chipped paint everywhere. Smelled bad. Everywhere smelled like smoke. They called and told us after the first night that they didn’t have our second day booking. I looked it up and had it but they insisted that we needed to come back and prove it, instead is emailing it. We made a trip back only to be told “it’s fine, we figured it out”
