Riad Kheirredine

Riad Kheirredine is a beautiful property with lots of little nooks where you can read or have a quiet drink with someone. Up on the roof, there are many places you can lounge in the sun(or shade in the summer) and plenty of tables to eat or have a sunset drink. We were fortunate enough to stay 6 nights in the Neroli suite. It was huge and had a wonderful outside wrap around terrace looking down into one of the courtyards. Everything in the room fit the Moroccan atmosphere and was very comfortable. The bedroom area was fantastic for sleeping with the heavy curtains blocking out all the light. You could sleep in the dark all day if you wanted to. As much as I could go on and on about the property, it was the staff that really makes it special. From the moment we arrived, they were friendly and already calling us by our names asking us if there was anything we needed. There was not a single staff member that wasn't beyond pleasant and eager to chat if you wanted. They really take above and beyond care of you. If you needed help finding a location, someone from the Riad would walk with you to make sure you didn't get turned around in the winding streets. They really exceeded our expectations which were already pretty high since we read many other reviews before arriving. There is really nothing I could suggest they do differently to improve. We were totally happy being there.

From September 19 to 23, 2024, I visited Marrakech with my mother and sister to celebrate her 40th birthday. She wanted a vacation without her children to relax a bit from her role as a full-time mom. It was our first travel experience together, and I wanted to make it unforgettable. After examining dozens of riads and reading hundreds of reviews, I chose Riad Kheirredine, considered the best for reviews and guest experiences. The choice turned out to be perfect: my already high expectations were greatly exceeded. I must say that traveling with my family is not easy, but this time it was truly special. My mother is celiac and intolerant to cheese, while my sister is allergic to chili and cannot tolerate spicy foods, not even ginger. Despite these dietary requirements which I am sure made their job more complicated, the staff at Riad Kheirredine was exceptional. The feeling of being "pampered" started as early as April, when Elena quickly and accurately answered my numerous questions via email, clarifying every doubt and suggesting experiences and restaurants. She also specified the services included in the booking and the costs of the extras. From our arrival at the airport, we immediately felt safe and "taken by the hand" thanks to impeccable organization. The riad staff is extraordinary: highly professional, kind, always smiling, and available. Both with the guests and among themselves. You feel that they care for each other like a family, and you are warmly welcomed as a new member of this family. I have traveled to different continents for work and study, sometimes staying in 5-star hotels, but no previous experience can compare to this one. As many have said, it's not just the luxury or the level of service. It's the human factor that sets this place apart. The riad seems designed with every possible guest need in mind, leaving nothing to chance. Truly, the attention to the smallest details, the cleanliness, the food, the organization of the spaces... every aspect evokes both amazement and gratitude. Breakfast is one of the things that makes the RK unique: my mother had an entire tray of gluten-free products available, varied every day: gluten-free msemen, bread, chocolate brownies, crepes, and... the delicious Amlou! It was so good that, on the day of departure, we asked the reception to prepare two jars for us to take home. The orange juice is something supernatural, and then you can choose between cold and hot drinks. Living in Naples, I was impressed by the coffee on the first day! It was simply perfect and delicious! So much so that I asked for it again on the following days and sometimes in the afternoon. Unfortunately, the other times it was never as exceptional as the first, but it was always up to the standard of a good bar in Italy. Upon our arrival, Elena warmly welcomed us, already remembering our names. She offered us a superb mint lemonade to refresh ourselves, handed us a smartphone to use for any need, and explained all

It is one of the best places I've ever been. The staff is top 10!! The heated pool, the food , the restaurant, the room It is our home in Marrakech . I HOPE to come back soon. Also the cleaning staff marvellous!! Sukraan!!!!! Many thanks by heart.

Probably the best place we have ever stayed in for so many reasons. There are more luxurious and posher places in Marrakech but none come close to the levels of genuine hospitality as that offered by the staff in Kheirredine. Exceptional team led by Elena: nothing is too much trouble and the restaurant is one of the best places to eat in the city.

The title of my review is a bold statement so let me explain… From the moment you walk in the Riad entrance you feel like more of a family member than a guest. You take a seat in the comfortable reception, sip on some tea whilst one of the reception staff (Elenor and Fadwha are amazing) go through the details of your stay, understands your specific needs, takes you on a tour of the hotel, before showing you to your room, where of course your luggage has already arrived. The hotel is small but still big enough to have lots of private space in the sun where more of the amazing staff will look after your every need. Whether it’s Salah mixing you a cocktail, Ahmed pouring your wine from the ice bucket, or Mehdi preparing your rooftop table for lunch - whatever you need these guys will probably have done it before you realised you even needed it The cosy ground floor restaurant (complimentary breakfast) serves great food and Abdullilla gracefully serves your chosen French or Moroccan (better value) wine to accompany your dinner. This amazing service doesn’t just exist in the Riad - you can take it with you - how you ask? Well… whenever you leave the hotel you are given a mobile phone - if you need a taxi, get lost or just need a bit of help you WhatsApp or call the hotel and they’ll sort it. When you get back from your day, or evening, Karim will be there to check everything is ok and start working on what you need next - and of course they’ll recharge your phone. The Riad is located a few minutes walk from the nearest road so a short walk is required to get a TokTok or a taxi, which of course the hotel prebooks for you, escorts you to, and makes sure the driver knows where to take you. When you want to return to the Riad simply contact the hotel and they’ll do the rest and of course they’ll be waiting for your transport to arrive and ensure your final footsteps to the hotel are smooth ones. Rooms are expertly serviced twice a day when you’re out and about or having a meal. Complimentary water is always available in the room, as is tea and coffee if you want it serving. Lovely bathroom products too. Oh and did i mention toon the free laundry service? Don’t believe me? Think i’m exaggerating? Try it for yourself and apologise after Thank you to everyone at Riad Kheirredine for an amazing stay (apologies for any names spelt wrong) - see you again soon!

The riad itself is welcoming and warm with a lovely roof terrace. The hamman experience with massage was amazing. The breakfast is varied and delicious and the dinner menu includes Moroccan, French and Italian options, the Moroccan tagines are made fresh daily specifically for you and you can chose to eat on the roof terrace overlooking Marrakech and the Atlas Mountains or in the cosy sumptuous restaurant with an open fire (it was December) looking into a courtyard. Mostly though everybody who works there is so friendly, helpful and welcoming, it’s a personal service from check in to departure, nothing is too much trouble and all done with a genuine smile. It’s very close to a concierge service. Thank you Jenna and all the team for looking after me! And my favorite host/waiter whose name I can’t remember, thanks for the laughs!
