What an incredible experience, so relaxing! We got the discovery package which included a massage, an oil scrub and access to the pool ♥️ amazing value and amazing experience! Amal was fab, and helped us choose the package that suited our needs!

Spa - I had the Hammam plus massage both were great and the lady who did the massage was very good. My husband on the other hand had a massage but wasn’t happy about it because it didn’t feel like a massage, it only felt like a touch. 🤣😂 Room - The Riad is very nice and our room is well decorated. Breakfast - Not great, nothing to choose from. We just got served with whatever is available. Its not a buffet Location - One of the best locations Staff - The gentleman who brought our luggage upstairs was the same man who served the breakfast and he was really nice. All the staff that I have spoken to are nice except for 1. My bad experience - At 11:10 AM, My husband and I were just finished getting ready when A STAFF OPENED THE DOOR AND WHEN SHE SAW US THERE, SHE CLOSED IT RIGHT AWAY. SHE DID NOT KNOCK, SHE DID NOT EVEN EXPLAIN OR SAID A SINGLE WORD. Good thing we are not naked or whatever that time.After that, I did not feel safe at all! If ever I come back in the future I would probably put a table or any heavy thing behind the door.

Beautiful riad but it's a pitty that the room lacked light. Very friendly staff. The breakfast was good The spa is beautiful Jolie riad mais la chambre manquait de lumière. Le staff est accueillant Le petit déjeuner etait bon Le spa est sympa

The Riad is pretty and the breakfast was good. However, it is absolutely a pity that they offer “the best room rates” on their website while overcharging afterwards on tourist taxes (62 MAD per person per night vs. the regular 30 MAD per person per night). With the exception of the friendly man serving breakfast all other employee were rather withhold towards the customers.

Went to the spa for a massage and to relax by the pool, the pool was heated and very quiet - perfect for couples. Staff are all very lovely and helpful, provide robes and towels. Very relaxing atmosphere and the massage was excellent. Would come again

The worst! They are rude and all over not clean! The guy in the reception forbid us to take pictures or selfies inside the riad! Which is just a very basic riad by the way! Not authentic at all, there are away better riads in Marrakech…! The spa is filthy and they keep it very dark and even with that you can see the filth all around! Catastrophic! Just run away from this place! Marrakech has a lot to offer but not this one!

We had a wonderful stay at arias Elisa. The service was attentive and friendly, the room comfortable, the shower amazing. We loved sundowners on the sun terrace and the wonderful Hamam treatment! Location was brilliant- easy walk to the Squares and souk but calm and tranquil. Would certainly recommend.

The room was very nice and the riad is beautiful all white. Only issue was the construction very early in the morning. And i do not recommend the massage as they did a bad job. Besides that, it is a gorgeous riad with a pool rooftop. The bed is also really big which is a plus.
