Ulasan Pavillon Opéra Grands Boulevards

Great hotel in a very cute neighborhood, the room is small but it’s very clean our room was with a terrace. Great staff at the reception, everyone is just so kind and helpful! Especially Fernando and Patrick! I’ll definitely reserve this hotel again for my next visit in Paris.

Friendly and helpful staff:) 5min from subway. Elevator is old and has problems.

Tout était très bien, chambre très propre petite mais confortable , avec un excellent accueil aux petits soins! Petit déjeuner simple mais bon et bien fourni. Hôtel bien placé dans Paris avec métro pas loin. Je recommande Petit bémol, l’ascenseur qui tombe souvent en panne et qui semble très fragile!

2024年2月22日現在、こちらのホテルのエレベーターは 壊れています。私は大きいスーツケースを2個持っていましたので3階の部屋に持っていくのは本当に大変でした。 暖房は壊れているのか使えず、小さい温風のストーブがありました。それはそれで結構温かくなりましまので大丈夫でしたが最初はビックリしました。ホテル近くにはたくさんのレストランやモノプリもあるしオペラ座までは徒歩圏内です。 ホテルの設備にはかなりがっかりしましたがスタッフの方々が本当に優しくてサービスもよく大好きになりました。またパリに行くときはスタッフに会いたいのですがホテルの設備を考えるとリピートするかどうかは悩むところです。

The hotel was nice, however I think they should consider getting better internet service. And sound proof windows if you get a room that faces the street you will hear everything that happens outside. Also breakfast is not worth the add on. There is a couple of good shops where you can get breakfast around there for less than what they charge per day per person.

Staff was friendly and helpful, the property needs an urgent update, it is way more deteriorated than other at the same price range and location

Could vary by room but mine was quite old equipped - broken towelwarner/dryer and not working fridge and no air conditioning - was very hot since it was on the top floor. Could be a pr and was very hot since it was on the top floor. Could be a problem if you are there during a heat weather. Was not so clean from an north Asian point of view but mainly due to the oldness and much smaller compared to the photo shown. Had barely a space to open my suitcase. Though it is in a conveninet location, 696Euro for 3 nights personally felt overpriced but maybe this is normal for Paris during the weekend.
