Lugar Do Mar

In May, I encountered negative results at the facility I went to upon the advice of my friend. The location is nice but the management is a disgrace. They charged my credit card twice, using the excuse that the security devices were not working. I noticed the situation from my bank information. I reported the problem to the hotel owner and manager, but they said they would make a payment, but they never made any payment. Don't fall into this trap. There is a disgraceful management style. I reported the company to the consulate I am affiliated with with a complaint letter and e-mail.

This resort is definitely hidden. The rooms are really nice and modern. Plenty of light with a full length mirror. No mosquitos. Plenty of geicos. Cute little monkeys running around. The bar and restaurant close at 8 and there are no food options within miles. Bring plenty of snacks. There is no wifi in the rooms. It's nice but would I stay here again... yes but because of the staff. They're exceptional. Specially Hansome Pinto. The lodge has so much potential . A few suggestions 1- keep the bar open until midnight on weekends with a DJ. 2- add snack options to purchase at any time. 3- add more lighting around walkways. 4- clean the pool daily. Add chlorine 5- provide more towels 6- add cornhole game, pool table, 7- hire weekly entertainment- yoga, dance class, musician.

It was my second time there, and I had a good stay with friends at their self catering chalets. They could improve on the basic supplies though, like tea, coffee and sugar. Otherwise, we had a good time.

Fui com uma prima. Amei o lugar. A experiência foi top. Espaço limpo, quartos confortáveis, restaurante com refeições bem preparados e boa variedade, atendimento pronto em todas as áreas. Volto mais vezes...

Cobram pra entrar, cobram pra ter acesso à praia. Nunca vi restaurante com esse tipo de prática. Ridículo. Como se não quisesse pagar pelo consumo no local. Atendimento por vezes lento mesmo que não esteja cheio
