Ulasan Hilton Goa Resort

Recently stayed at the Hilton Goa and had a pleasant yet inconsistent experience. The room itself was excellent - very spacious with a large king bed, beautiful furnishings, and sparkling clean bathrooms. The location was also ideal.The breakfast spread was nice. However, the swimming pool was a major disappointment. There seemed to be an overabundance of chlorine or other chemicals in the water that made it uncomfortable to swim in. My eyes stung badly after just a few minutes in the pool … it was basically unusable throughout my stay which was unfortunate.Also there is scope of improvement in the healthclub as well! The hotel staff were courteous and professional but lacked some warmth and hospitality I would expect from a high-end resort. I wouldn't call them rude by any means, but they stuck strictly to business with little smiling or engaging conversation. I was hoping for staff that went the extra mile to create a more welcoming environment. Overall, the Hilton Goa has a lot going for it in terms of room and location. They need to address the pool chemical imbalance and inject more hospitality into their service to excel as a premier 5* hotel. The foundation is there but some tweaks could make this a truly worldclass hotel dest.Thanks

One of the best property I've ever been to. 5/5 ratings!!! An awesome experience if you want a relaxing experience. The food was delicious! Especial shoutout to Srinath who made some special arrangements in our rooms. Very polite & kind guy.

Absolutely amazing accommodation, customer excellent, staff ate lovely and go out of their way to help. I had good conversations with members of staff, very nice people, felt some customers are rude to staff, which did upset me ad they work really hard. Hotel lovely views out of the way would need to travel by bus/ taxi into main areas. Spacious rooms, very clean and modern, and lastly breakfast is just unreal!!! Definitely coming back love India and the Hilton xxx

Had a wonderful stay. Waseem Sheik helped us as a personal assistant and attended to all our needs. During our stay, my wife faced some health issues. The hotel staff was very helpful and responsive. They arranged a doctor visit for us and brought medicines on time. The ambience of the resort was excellent. Food was tasty. Had a great experience over all.

We had an amazing 5 nights stay at the Hilton Goa! Right from the moment we arrived at the hotel, the warm reception we received made us smile as we were a lot delayed due to torrential rains. The rooms had decent interiors and the river view from the balcony was mesmerising especially during sunsets! I should specially mention Mr. Waseem who is the housekeeping manager, he took extra care of us and saw to it our stay was comfortable and each of our requests was taken care of. Infact he changed our room to the best view one on our request almost immediately. He was kind enough to always attend to us with a smile and a helpful attitude. I should also mention Mr. Subhranil the F&B incharge who made sure that we received a fantastic in room F&B service and sometimes went above & beyond to made our stay delightful! The breakfast buffet spread was great and ala-carte food was lip smacking! I should also mention Mr. Chaitanya the concierge incharge who helped us plan the trip superbly and also arranged a local driver for us. The car was in premium condition too. The restaurant manager, the chefs, the receptionists, even the security everyone always attended to us with a smile. The resort was beautiful in the midst of lush greens. Overall we had a lovely stay, the staff made it even better! We would certainly recommend the river view rooms on a higher floor, as well as the spacious suite rooms. We would certainly love to come back to Hilton the next time we are in North Goa. Thanks to everyone for making our stay absolutely memorable!

Hilton is home away home in Goa and would recommend this hotel not just because of the class and amenities with the multiple cuisine with mouth lingering food, pool, gaming zone or feel of knight in fort but especially because of the best and courteous services, efficient staff and above all the genuine standards of Culture, Humanities and Heartiest bonding of team who makes relationships for lifetime. Have never met lovely people viz Mr Shailesh Moradekar, Mr Waseem Sheikh who made the trip vibrant and remember for life time. BEST resort having BEST human and team seen ever. Classy stay experience with warm staff. Breakfast spread was very tasty and also the ambience of the hotel has been kept very cozy and romantic with dim lights. Pool side seating and the pool area was a very nice experience overall a very nice experience

It's always a delight to stay at the Hilton in Candolim. The staff and must I say every one are really helpful and amazing. We stayed at the hotel for 6 nights and have done so last year. Apologies, I did not write a review the last time. Ankush, the food and beverage was lovely and always approacble, as well as all his team members. Sorry, we forgot the bengali girls name (Aisha). The pastry Chef Vignesh is very knowledgeable, and I wish him and his team the best of luck in his future endeavours, an absolute diamond of a gentleman.

Stay was amazing !! To add to our pleasure it was rainy and the hotel looked beautiful and serene at the same time … we were served by Kajal for our meals and she made it further more comfortable! Rooms are spacious for a family for 3-4 to stay ! ☺️☺️

Beautiful property. Our stay there was even more memorable because of the caring staff. Excellent service from Avinash and Sejal. It was busy at breakfast but the wait time for service was short. They have a Goan food counter so you can try Goan food. Food was tasty!
