Overnight stay due to procedure and residing in Central Victoria.

Georgian Court Inn is in a lovely and quiet spot in East Melbourne with public transport options close by. The larger rooms especially are comfortable and pleasant. The staff were helpful every time I needed something and always friendly. This is a great value option and I would stay here again.

The place was cheap and did the job for only going there to sleep. Got what we paid for. It’s fine. The room description said queen size bed but it was definitely a double. There was mould in the bathroom and no soaps for us to use, only two packets of shampoo. The aircon was not the best but did the job. Lots of places throughout the hotel that need a touch up, it’s very old and has had barley any work done. The entire place has an odd smell of dust and other stuff and I couldn’t stop sneezing the whole time. Everything was cheap, TV was cheap, towels were cheap, pillow covers were cheap. But, the staff were lovely and helpful. The location is very good. The hotel is beautiful on the outside. The bed was very comfy.

這家酒店位置挺好，離市區很近，步行15分鐘、竄過兩𠆤公園就到了墨爾本免費電車的區城了；另外，房間乾淨、衞生，後院有自己的停車場，這一點很難得；最好的還是工作人員禮貌、和藹，在此特別感謝工作人員Gary，他給我們提供了好多關於在此地遊玩的訊息和指導。

非常滿意的一次出行，民宿的工作人員服務熱情周到，彷彿回到自己家的感覺，盼望有機會下次和家人一起再來此旅遊入住此地。

Прекрасное расположение! До центра города можно спокойно прогуляться пешком. Хороший завтрак. Но стоит учитывать, что шведский стол работает, когда много гостей в отеле. Если гостей не много, то выбор вариаций завтрака зависит исключительно от менеджера) Один нам только жарил яичницу, а вот другой — к яичнице ещё и оладушек для детей напёк) Кофе растворимый( Старый дом, но соотношение цена-качество отличное!

Great value for a short stay, close to MCG and concert area. Wonderful breakfast included in the price.

It was a pleasant stay we had in this charming, victorian style B&B located on a beautiful area in Melbourne. Very accessible to different options for public transport and a short walk to big gardens, the free tram zone and the city circle tram. Ample serving of buffet breakfast. Room is clean but needed some upgrades (not to modernize but to just make things work better)...

Great location and lovely staff, building is older style, so do understand this if booking, there will be things that are worn. Overall great stay

We went to Georgian Court Bed and Breakfast specifically for Richmond v Carlton match. It is very handy to the MCG and you have to get in early to get a room which comes with a very hearty breakfast. The only downside would be the rooms though we dont care for the decor.

The photos of the property were clearly taken in its heyday. The customer service was ok but that is where the good stuff ended. The floorboards creaked and bounced so much that the cabinet in the dining bounced glasses off the shelf. Then there was the Indian guest who proceeded to talk on his phone as he was walking up and down the creaking hallway - at 1am in the bloody morning!! The bed was firm, very firm. If only for the fact that it was handy to the MCG, we don't think that we would return.

This is more like a hostel than a hotel/B&B. Room was very dated with fittings that should have been replaced years ago. Very few channels on TV and room was never serviced in the 5 days that I stayed there. Shower/toilet was opposite the room and had seen better days. Shower tray was dirty and a lot of the tiles were cracked. Door on shower was broken. I used the shower on day one and on day five I still had the same towels that were dirty. Breakfast was a joke. For the first 3 days it was always late to start and consisted of boiled eggs in a tray of hot water with baked beans so cold they could have just come out of the tin and nearly cold sausages as was the bacon?. Thankfully the cereals and toast were OK. After sending this fact to *******, the final two days breakfasts consisted of scrambled eggs and bacon that were only just warm in a quantity suitable for a child. The whole place is in need of a major update/upgrade and I cannot recommend staying there.

Great location. Like stepping back to the 1960s. Very rundown place, even had a friendly mouse hightail up the hallway when I was returning. Own bathroom down hallway from room, odd. Breakfast was ok, for 120 night, won't be back. Hotel staff friendly enough.
