Nice accommodation, friendly service. Quiet hotel in a quiet place.

在附近打了場高爾夫，第二天一早要去錢皮諾機場，所以選了這家離機場近的！入住時已經天黑，整個酒店很安靜，讓我誤以為沒什麼客人。沒想到次日清晨，天還沒亮，大堂裏密密麻麻全是日本中老年遊客。看來酒店生意相當不錯！

L'albergo ha soddisfatto le aspettative: la camera era comoda e ben pulita e l'albergo si trova in una zona facilmente raggiungibile

Lontano dal centro, ho pernottato altre volte ma i problemi sono sempre uguali, struttura datata, pulizie scarse, gli ospiti purtroppo rumorosi e senza rispetto, fino all’alba girano per la struttura gridando e giocando e il personale non interviene. Se non avete una autovettura è difficile raggiungerla.

とても見た目も良かったのですが、思っていたよりボロボロなホテルでした。カーテンは外れかけていてしっかり閉まらない。小さなシャワールームには、汚れやカビがあり不清潔だと思いました。

Ho effettuato unicamente il pernotto per motivi di lavoro pertanto non ho usufruito dei servizi della struttura. Personale cortese e ambiente molto pulito.

This is not even a one-star hotel! First, it is about 40 KM far from the Fiumicino airport and 20 KM away from Rome. There is no train or bus passing there. The nearest market which is in a gas station and the nearest cafe/restaurant is about 20 minutes walk from the hotel. The few staff doesn't know English. The rooms are terrible. No bars, no kettle, no tea not even drinking water, no slippers. Everything is old and rusted. The ceiling leaks. There is no kitchen in the hotel so breakfast is nothing except the cakes and croissants bought from outside and machined coffee and tea. The behavior of the staff while breakfast is awful.

we paid for the room by bank transfer and in cash at the hotel due to a misunderstanding and we are not getting our money back! unacceptable!crooks! don't ever go to this hotel ! tragic from the rooms to the staff

This would be better classified as a 2 star hotel, the bathroom had rust and was neither well maintained nor properly cleaned. Water overflowed when you showered and the hair dryer was something out of the 70's. Everything felt old and neglected. Breakfast was poor. The personel were nice. Such a pity, the place needs a bit of care to be really nice but it's simply left to deteriorate. Would'nt advise it.

After being told we could get an airport shuttle, we couldn't and had to pay 30 euros for a taxi. after a 40 minute wait to check in (there were 2 couples before us) we were given our free water, which I said I didn't want, we were later charged 3 euros a bottle. The rooms were uncomfortable, the service was shocking. The restaurant was closed and we were told we weren't allowed to eat food from outside the hotel, inside the hotel. It was 40º and they said we should just take a quick walk into town. If you're thinking this is a great place to stay if you need to get to the airport the next day... don't. The taxi's from the centre of Rome cost the same and you probably won't end up giving your money to this useless bunch. Quality Hotel is as far from the truth as possible. If we can just use random adjectives to describe ourselves I think I'm going to start using Handsome Harry for myself. It isn't true, but apparently that's just the way it works.

Avoid this hotel . Rooms hot and uncomfortable, very poor service from bar with warm beer. Restaurant shut and none near by. Also 30 euros for the 3 miles to airport . Breakfast pretty bad too, not even any fresh bread.

Mi reco in codesto hotel il quale mi serviva come appoggio per prendere un volo lavorativo. Appena entro c’era un odore straziante di puzza di gatto. Crocchette sparse da per tutto. Avvicinandoci per il check in la receptionist ci ha messo oltre 30 m per darmi la chiave della stanza cose di un altro mondo . Arrivati all’ ascensore c’era un rumore lancinante di non so che cosa. Arrivati in stanza c’era odore di muffa e polvere un cosa agghiacciante. Poi mi dirigo in bagno e il water era tutto storto in più ci ho trovato un ragno una cosa fuori di testa . Letto ? Imbarazzante . Hotel ? MALFAMATO
