房間還是不錯的，雖然過程有點曲折，攜程處理的概算滿意，但是及時性不是很好，最終的結果我是認可的，希望時效性能有所改進。

早餐體驗很棒，足夠足夠，不超量。 其餘也恰恰好，不像中國的酒店虛頭巴腦的 整體點贊。提醒：尋找所謂的五星服務的，千萬別進。

I had an amazing stay at the hotel. Services were amazing and their staff were very welcoming and helpful. Special shoutouts to the Kevin, Marie Cella, Lucrece, Segoleen, Keisha and the porters in charge of luggage. Anytime I visit Gabon again, will definitely lodge here

The hotel ambience was great, and the staff (especially Hovamede and Patty) were just wonderful. The view of the sea was a relief from stress. However, the reception staff need to improve on giving attention to arriving guests instead of just chatting between themselves while the guests waited for attention.

Need better water system better customer appreciation better problem solving awareness and better Air conditioning system. Staff is great but management needs improvement.

The Radisson Blu Libreville has excellent customer service. The hotel could use some renovation, but overall it’s great value for money for business travels. I would recommend for anyone going to libreville for business, but probably not for leisure.

The views to the sea, the reception, the restaurants (special mention for the Indian restaurant) the fluffy pillows... everything was top-notch. And did I mention the Breakfast - Excellent with a lot of variety. Special thanks to Keshia, Joyce and Segoleen at reception... you were very kind. I'll be back

The location of the hotel is good and the rooms are comfortable. Hotel service is satisfactory. The employees are caring and helpful. Thank you to all the staff, especially Agnamabo who serviced my breakfast fast. Thank you very much for everything.

The lady at the reception named Segoleen was just a wonderful help. A very kind and patient lady. She helped us always with a big smile. Made sure we had transport and always gave us great tips where to eat or what to visit. Turtle bay is a must see in Libreville. Our experience would not be as smooth and joyful without her.

The support off Maganie was amazing. I thank her for making my stay unbelievable. I had several business meetings for which I needed support and Maganie from Radisson was there to support me along this journey. All the best and hoping to come back soon

A wonderful hotel in a wonderful location in Libreville. Excellent service in all areas from Reception, to the restaurant, the bar or the housekeeping. Special thanks to Maganie for the patience with my little french and her care, for Yanick, the security guy an all of them in general

Shocking customer service. No adherence to hotel policies based on status. Slow check in. Rude staff. Stay elsewhere for much cheaper is the way to go in this town. An utter embarrassment to the brand. I had club access which permits a single drink only. What's the point? This is unprecedented.

It is very nice Hotel to stay in, Joseph was an excellent employee who is friendly and helpful. I like the place and it services. Big beautiful place opposite to beach with large facilities, restaurants and bar. Recommended for everyone who is passing Libraville, Gabon.

Im currently here. I booked a non-smoking room, yet my room smells very strongly of cigarette smoke. I also have no hot water or water pressure in the shower. I requested a new room at the desk and was told none were available. The online reservation system will allow me to book a room for the night though. They are currently running an ozone machine in the room and told me I could not return until they finish. We will have to consider different hotels on future trips. This is unacceptable.
