Ulasan Radisson Blu Okoume Palace Hotel

房間還是不錯的，雖然過程有點曲折，攜程處理的概算滿意，但是及時性不是很好，最終的結果我是認可的，希望時效性能有所改進。

商務出差不錯就是貴。

早餐體驗很棒，足夠足夠，不超量。 其餘也恰恰好，不像中國的酒店虛頭巴腦的 整體點贊。提醒：尋找所謂的五星服務的，千萬別進。

地理位置不錯 早餐很好

I had an amazing stay at the hotel. Services were amazing and their staff were very welcoming and helpful. Special shoutouts to the Kevin, Marie Cella, Lucrece, Segoleen, Keisha and the porters in charge of luggage. Anytime I visit Gabon again, will definitely lodge here

Nice place in town to sleep. Very clean and professional staff. I love my stay. The beach is right beside the hotel which makes the experience amazing. The rooms are amazing with international standard. The hotel is also equipped with the necessary to make your stay complete.

Very bad over all experience. Room cost was very high for a terrible service. Rooms were very dirty with heavily stained carpets. Water quality through the taps was very bad and dirty and was worried to bath with it. I was upgraded from my junior suit to executive room after a few days but the executive room was worse than the junior suit. Electricity went off for over 6 hours which caused me to carry my suit case all the way from 7th floor to check-out area. Internet didn’t work during the period. Tv channels didn’t work and came on as black screens most of the time. Water stopped flowing for over 6 hours on my last day of staying. The water flowing through the tapes were very dirty and brown in colour

The hotel ambience was great, and the staff (especially Hovamede and Patty) were just wonderful. The view of the sea was a relief from stress. However, the reception staff need to improve on giving attention to arriving guests instead of just chatting between themselves while the guests waited for attention.

Need better water system better customer appreciation better problem solving awareness and better Air conditioning system. Staff is great but management needs improvement.

The Radisson Blu Libreville has excellent customer service. The hotel could use some renovation, but overall it’s great value for money for business travels. I would recommend for anyone going to libreville for business, but probably not for leisure.

The views to the sea, the reception, the restaurants (special mention for the Indian restaurant) the fluffy pillows... everything was top-notch. And did I mention the Breakfast - Excellent with a lot of variety. Special thanks to Keshia, Joyce and Segoleen at reception... you were very kind. I'll be back

The location of the hotel is good and the rooms are comfortable. Hotel service is satisfactory. The employees are caring and helpful. Thank you to all the staff, especially Agnamabo who serviced my breakfast fast. Thank you very much for everything.

The lady at the reception named Segoleen was just a wonderful help. A very kind and patient lady. She helped us always with a big smile. Made sure we had transport and always gave us great tips where to eat or what to visit. Turtle bay is a must see in Libreville. Our experience would not be as smooth and joyful without her.

The support off Maganie was amazing. I thank her for making my stay unbelievable. I had several business meetings for which I needed support and Maganie from Radisson was there to support me along this journey. All the best and hoping to come back soon
