"very friendly and helpful staff and management. we were on our way towards italy, as suddenly both headlights on my nissan stopped working. we needed to get off the highway as it was fast getting dark, and find a place for the night preferably with safe parking . bajt hotel was an excellent choice as there was parking space, the room was clean and a good size, the price was ok and the hotel was easy to find and not too far from the city center by car and close enough to the highway as well. however the biggest surprise was, when next morning as i was looking for a car service, the hotel manager who happened to have a passion for cars , fixed both lights and also exchanged the bulbs as he had some handy. a one in a million chance of something like that happening, on top of that all staff, reception and breakfast were very helpful and friendly. thank you again and we hope to stop by again on our way back."

"Me and my wife have been there for one night. The room was in a buildung where a famely lived for a very long time. So the building is steeped in history. We had a had a spacious bedroom/living romm and an extra bathroom. It was very clean. The lady who welcomed us was very friendly. She explained us the family history of the house. The hotel is situated on the banks of the river drava, very nice! In the morning we useed the time for jogging along the river. A big thank you to the staff for the warm welcome!"

"It's always a nice stay at hotel lent. The rooms are clean and comfortable. It is no problem to take a dog, even in the breakfast room. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. Very good value for money. The location is directly next to the river Drau and there are a couple of nice Bars and Restaurant very close by"

"Hotel facilities are good and meet the standards, but the reception desk has a lot of room for improvement. The attitude is rightly arranged for us in the room in the corner of the elevator (Room 1). We specially told her that we wanted a quieter room. I am sorry. I will not say it. Also very reasonable. Some disappointment as a customer"
