made a reservation at the Manchurian Grand Hotel. There is a gym on the 4th floor, but it was a lie that it was free for those staying at the hotel, and they demanded to pay 50 yuan to get in. I was charged 100 yuan when I was picked up from the plane and delivered.

Great location with amenities. Has a well equipped gym in the hotel. Allowed for a free upgrade and provided check in early. Really appreciate the kind gesture :)

Location is great. Easy access to supermarkets. But breakfast was not much to choose between vegetables and bakeries.

The manager who checked me in on the afternoon of the 12th was friendly and enthusiastic, and took the initiative to upgrade my room! The interior of the guest room is exotic, with the old Russian architectural style, elegant atmosphere without losing modern fashion! On the second day of my stay, the hotel also gave me a complimentary fruit, which is also good! One thing that could be improved is that the temperature of the shower water in the restroom needs to be raised, I had turned it up to the maximum and it still didn't work. All in all, I highly recommend this hotel and hope to stay there again next time I am in Manzhouli and continue to be treated like a home away from home! 感谢12号下午为我办理入住的美女经理友善热情，主动为我升级客房！客房内部独具异域风情，有老式俄罗斯的建筑风格，典雅大气不失现代时尚！入住第二天，酒店也赠送了水果，这点也不错！值得改进的是，洗手间淋浴水温需要提高，我已经调至最高，仍不适应。总之，我高度推荐该酒店，希望下次来满洲里依旧能入住，并继续得到宾至如归的服务！

location is good. Near to shops and supermarkets. easy to go to the train station. Staff at hotel friendly and competent.

這次入住滿洲里大飯店的家庭套房，最直觀的感受就是空間真的很寬敞，一家人住起來完全不侷促，這點特別加分。房間設施雖然不算全新，但維護得很乾凈，整體衞生狀況讓人放心。 服務方面也值得誇一誇，工作人員態度熱情，響應及時，從入住到退房都挺順暢的。不過稍微有點遺憾的是衞生間的小細節，像掛衣服的掛鈎、方便晾小件衣物的晾衣繩，還有裝臟衣服的籃子這些實用小設施都沒配備，住的時候確實覺得有些不便，希望酒店能留意到這些小需求，完善一下就更完美啦。

酒店地理位置非常優越，在步行街內，離網紅店盧布裏步行幾分鐘，房間挺大的，我們住19樓，視野開闊，可以看到日出，同行小夥伴的房間能看到日落，很棒。前台服務挺好，接聽電話及應答都很及時。要是早餐再豐富一點，就餐環境再改進一些就更完美了，總之，推薦入住。

星際酒店就是乾淨！房間超級乾淨，裝修是俄式風格，超級喜歡！辦理入住的女經理服務態度超級好，看我腳受傷了，幫我聯繫服務員推輪椅接，還幫我升了房型。這次入住感受太完美了！一定要選這家酒店！very nice！

一點點説吧，訂的親子房，1900+，不算便宜，暑期旺季也還算可以接受，作為老牌酒店，裏面的裝修風格設計我是很喜歡的，有點兒歐式老錢兒風，衞生還算不錯吧～有幾點問題：1、位置在中蘇金街，沒有自己的停車位，但也確實是附近酒店的通病沒辦法解決，旺季找車位再拎着行李找酒店很麻煩；2、下午茶，其實訂房的時候沒有在意這個，我一般就是有早餐就好，前台辦入住才知道含1份下午茶，但我訂的親子房，2大2小入住你給我一份下午茶是什麼意思？我家誰去吃？還特意告訴我給我升級了全家都可以去吃，我還得謝謝你？對不起我不能表達謝意，我衹想建議酒店：你可以不提供下午茶服務，沒有問題，但如果提供那就請提供給所有入住人員。3、早餐：入住時被告知早餐提供到9:30，9點去用餐時告知已經開始收餐了，被指到了旁邊日料店裡用餐，衹剩了4、5樣食物，懶得多説了…4、服務意識，幫客人搬運行李應該是這個級別酒店提供的基本服務，我們辦理入住期間，幾個服務人員就看着我們大人孩子大包小包艱難的搬行李，即使掉落摔倒也沒人上前幫忙，希望你們提高一下服務意識吧。
