Saya terkejut dengan kualitas luar biasa yang ditawarkan hotel ini dengan kisaran harga yang terjangkau. Meja depan baik untuk menawarkan kami upgrade kamar ke deluxe ketika permintaan saya untuk tempat tidur besar untuk menampung 3 dari kami tidak tersedia untuk kamar standar. Setelah check out, mereka juga membiarkan saya menitipkan barang bawaan sementara kami memproses Nbi. Jempol untuk layanan bintang 4.9. ❤️

Good experience Staff are nice and welcoming Breakfast buffet is okay. Got a room upgrade and it can fit at least 4pax. They have bathtub but the hot water is not working. You can hear the noise outside since our room was situated in 2nd floor. There’s a nearby mall so if you want to go shopping or eat different food.

The staff was so friendly and polite. They took care of everything and made this trip so enjoyable

City Garden Hotel in Manila is my go to place to unwind. The place and staff are familiar and kind. Everything worked well for me. I will book a room again in the future.

Hotel was okay. Three night stay was comfortable enough but unfortunately, early check-in is not acceptable without additional fee even though you have the TRIP privilege. Cleanliness can be improved. Overall stay wasn’t that bad compared to other cheaper hotel nearby.

My stay at City Garden Suites Hotel Manila was generally pleasant. The room design, while slightly dated, was comfortable. The hotel's location is excellent, situated in the heart of Ermita and within a 7-minute walk to Robinsons Mall, as well as close to the bay, offering views of the busy Manila port. The proximity to several Halal restaurants and massage parlors is also a great convenience. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and I must mention that the doorman was particularly attentive. While the breakfast options for vegetarians were somewhat limited, they were sufficient for someone with a small appetite like mine.

I booked this for the location and the free breakfast. The hotel was very nice and clean. We did have to wait to check in for about 15 minutes because they were very busy. The room was nice. They upgraded our room for free. I was disappointed to find only one towel, no hand towel, and no washcloth. According to my friend who also stayed there, you can call and they will bring another towel. Now for the best part...the breakfast was buffet style, with cooked-to-order omelets, and a large variety of entrees. It was awesome! I definitely will stay there again next time I'm in Manila!

The room was dirty, noisy because the next door guest had a kid who was running through the corridor. Water was not served in the because even guests with deluxe rooms need to go out to the corridor for their own water, the pillows in my room was stained and the money I paid at the hotel for upgrade room was not refunded which they told me the will email but I know they are lying and the bathtub in my room was slippery so I couldn’t shower and had to book another hotel to go shower. I stayed just a day instead of 3 days and I lost a lot money because I even paid for upgraded room when I arrived at the hotel and it was messy…
