Everything is normal. There is a bar street downstairs. If you come here for the first time, you may worry about safety. If you come here frequently, it should not matter.

The staff was friendly, but the room was not clean. I stayed there for several nights, but there was trash in the same place for three days.

The hotel is surrounded by KTVs. Robinson department is about 5 minutes walk away. There are many Japanese and Korean restaurants.

Among the hotels in Malate, the facilities were well-equipped and comfortable, and the staff was very kind. I would like to book the same hotel again when I go to Malate.

I always use this hotel when I'm working. The location is absolutely perfect. The rooms are spacious enough for the price, and the staff are just perfect. If I were to be greedy about the facilities, I'd say it would be better if they had a bigger refrigerator and a (not very cold) soap holder. However, the overall rating is very good, so I always use this hotel.

Malate CCAs, if you follow Pearl Garden, everyone will follow. I love Pearl Garden! It's located in a JTV dense area, so it's easy to move around on foot, and if you're looking for entertainment, you'll be satisfied.

I always use it when I go to Manila. If there is no room, I will go to the nearby Amelia Hotel. You can think of it as a good motel in Korea! It is the best location to enjoy the nearby shopping malls and entertainment casinos. It is safe.

Security was good and it was very clean and nice!! The location was good, and most of all, I liked the lobby because it was so nice! It is good value for money and I will definitely use it next time.
