Location is good, it’s near from tourist spots in Manila. Lobby and resto’s ambiance is fine, but as soon as you enter their elevator and along hallways there is a stinky smell. For the room, bed sheet look so old and thin as well as the towel. Cold and hot shower is so hard to control. It either super hot or super cold nothing in between lol.

The shower head is damage.. 😪, but we had a good 1 night stay over all.

Although there're some problems about facilities, it's still a very beautiful classic hotel with kind and helpful staffs.

Hopefully a working wifi and cable TV should be made available. Staff are courteous and helpful. Upon arrival, was given a room with no shower head and loosed shower valves. It was fixed the following day. Overall, decent.

The room needs update and creepy design but people are so accomodating and freindly.
