We had a great stay here. Excellent location for shopping and going out. The pool was also very nice bonus.

Very bad experience. My first time experienced such a poor hotel so called themselves a 5 start hotel. I have had changing hotel room for 3 times during my 4 nights stay due to the Air conditioner is not working. Elevator not working. Restaurant suspend, no breakfast provide even you paid for it, they asked you to claim with the host. Bath tub is leaking water on the floor.

Room was well-designed, clean with modern branded appliances such as a Nespresso machine, Smeg washing machine-dryer, fridge-freezer. Lotsa storage space and spacious bathroom with rain shower. Quiet at night as well for a busy hotel in a popular area. The pool was lovely and hot tub was squeaky clean. Breakfast was table-service but you can pick anything from the menu and I highly recommend the eggs royale! Will defo stay here again when I’m back!

Room was spotless, staff were friendly, location of hotel is perfect. Sky on TV and Nespresso machine is a lovely addition. My partner and I both found the bed uncomfortable, the pillows were flat and lumpy and the mattress very firm. We found the Sofa more comfortable.

The room was clean and up to standard. Staff service was not that great. When I asked for an extra chair, staff declined and looked away to ignore that I was there. Very rude and unhelpful.

Lovely stay and fantastic facilities. The restaurant is outstanding!

Great stay, reception staff very friendly. Is a £100 deposit to pay on arrival on top of your room price that i wasn’t aware of when booking but wasn’t too much of a problem as it was returned on checkout. Room really spacious, wasn’t the cleanest, food and stains under the sofa cushions, and what looked like a cigarette burn on the couch near the window. Only issue was breakfast, just not enough staff to cater for everyone. Half an hour for a cup of tea, an hour for food. So just be prepared for the wait. Was warned to book a time-slot on arrival which we did but that made no difference. Overall i would stay again, just put the issues down to it being the holidays and obvious staffing issues over this time

Perfect hotel clean and very nice staff but i wish that the breakfast was an open bufett not a menu. The washing machine will save you a lot of money

The hotel is very near the Glasgow cathedral. We can walk to the viewpoint easley in the downtown. The breakfast was very rich and very good. But the hotel recommend 's car park Q parking was very difficult to drive to. If you use Google map, it will lead you to drive in the Bus lane. I drive 3 cycle but failure arrived to the entrance. It was our time to find the carpark. However, I found another carpark nearby, the price even more cheaper, it was only charged £10 for twenty four hours. The Q parking would need £16 a day.

Lovely hotel, excellent location. Friendly receptionist. Tip.. book a breakfast slot as its gets busy, and it can take a long time to get served. We waited 20 mins from sitting down to be offered a drink.. would definitely stop again and book a slot this time.

Not too happy about the hotel room, checked in on 31/12. The water from the bathtub not working  properly. We came back from swimming and didn’t know that there is water problem on 5 floor. We called  reception to fix it, but they asked us to wait for 20mins. But it didn’t work after 20mins. we were standing in the cold for 20mins after swimming. Reception offered an update for us but the room is smaller than our previous room. And the cooking stuffs in for the kitchen is not clean as well. We can see the dirt on the container 😵‍💫 Very upset that my birthday trip was not as good as i expected. And what kind of update is it to have a smaller room?

The location was perfect. Located near the shopping area. Accommodation was very clean and big. Ammenities were on point. The staff was also very nice and helpful.

I wanted to stay in this hotel for a while. The checkin time is a little late 4pm but I tried my luck and the room was ready at 2.30pm. Great rooms, great location. Beds are good. Yep book it
